Let me start by saying my review is completely unsolicited...'ve come here quite a bit over the past year from oil changes, brake pads , oxygen sensors etc and I have to say this autozone has the best employee I've ever dealt with. His name is Wilson I do believe ... I went in today to get oil wrench for my wife's toyota and he led me straight to what I needed, took the time to verify it is the part I need and was so polite . He then told me about how toyota filters sometimes crack and then showed me a doorman replacement filter housing that's metal. I told him if I crack mine now I know where to go! . It's nice to encounter an employee who takes his job seriously and is there to help and not just scan items and get me out of the store. Shout out to Wilson, you were a breath of fresh air and have a bright future ahead of you at the rate you're going!

Has to be the worst Autozone in their network! They are always out of stock from basic and general items. Just this week they didn’t have an oil filter for a 5.6l Nissan, headlamp and washer nozzle for a late model Explorer. When you ask they say…”well we are a smaller store and don’t keep much here but I can find you a store with stock.”And even worse you have to almost yell to be heard over the 80’s soul music!

I went in to have a battery replaced and Wilson could not have gone more above and beyond to help me out and make sure that I left with a new battery installed. Such a great experience from the time I stepped my foot in the door until I left.

Me and my family went into this store about a week ago, and felt very welcomed there by the front lead manger at this store. He defiantly went over and beyond by helping up find what we needed and giving great tips, while helping go out the store and apply what we needed to our truck. We’re going to this autozone next time we having any more car troubles!

I have difficulty speaking and being understood. Most places I go people are rude and insensitive. Not this time at this AutoZone. The gentleman was polite and when he didn't understand what I was saying he allowed me to type it in the computer for him and was seemingly understanding that I had an issue.

Kevin Butts. Was our hero today. We are from Martin, TN and my mom just accidentally locked us out of our truck. Despite being late to work Kevin got us in our truck and gave us a great local food recommendation today.
