Don't come around 2. The thots show up like crazy. I don't see how any woman has self-respect walking around a gym in winter mostly naked. If only their fathers would have paid them attention they wouldn't be seeking it desperately with ridiculously tight or short yoga pants.

I love this gym but it’s just too cold inside with the FANS GOING (early in the morning 4am) during the winter months. Some of us are older and have arthritis ? so a cold fitness facility doesn’t work. Maybe they could get a sauna or something to even things out a bit

Not family friendly. If you want to take an underage child (12-17) with you they must have a separate membership, even if you have the premium package. (Or you can pay $5-$10 each time they come)This location: Staff does not smile or know how to interact with customers. Rude. Cold.---I came in one day needing to escape through workout..one of those days with lots of tears, just needed to have a healthy release and not be bothered. Upon arrival I was instructed that I could not work out without first updating my photo which I politely requested I do next time I came in, but was refused. (A photo that was taken 2 months prior when I started the membership) Needless to say I didn't workout that day. Arlington is closer but Oakland staff is way better.

POOR SECURITY. my uncle was on the treadmill, just to turn around to see a group of men running away with his belongings that they snatched from his locker, he ran out of the gym just to see them drive off in his 2022 sierra, they stole cash he had in the truck, and drained his bank account, even trying to use his credit cards days after the incident?♂️, i understand atc fitness doesnt control other peoples actions, but if they verified every persons identity and upped their security this couldve been prevented, this is why ymca is better, ymca has a picture linked to your account every time you check in. Yall should really make sure yall dont have lose bums in yall establishments…..

My wife and I joined ATC based upon price and location. Staff is friendly and the equipment is in tip top shape. Why would I want to over pay at the competition up the street for things I will never use?

I like ATC, they could definitely get better equipment but you get what you pay for. This is a public gym, I don't know if people understand that. Gym etiquette is terrible but probably is everywhere. Always nice to see the New Years resolution crowd dwindle down ?

Extremely rude staff! Especially the big lady up front with the blonde hair. I asked her if she could help me with a machine that was frozen she rolled her eyes and was beyond bothered to have to put her phone down to assist me and then when I was ready to tan she saw me at the front waiting meanwhile she went back and forth on her phone for several minutes before even coming back to the desk. She really should have been busy wiping down the nasty facility instead of playing on her phone there was trash on the floor and liquid where someone spilled a drink that was there when I walked in and still there when I walked out. Cancelled my membership to find a better gym with decent customer service not kids who would rather play on the phone

So the story is I came to this gym and started ab a month ago and I really enjoyed it everything was going good until these new girls started working there and there is these massage chairs and they are great comfy chairs and just today Wednesday (December 21st 2022) I went in the room with the massage chair and this blonde girl shuts off the chair so I go up to the desk and ask why did u shut it off her words were "you can't do the chair without a membership" so then she asked me all my info like my name my last name my date of birth so I told her all that then she's like u can't use the room without the membership so my mom walked up there being p!$$3d and the ladies that just started working there were very rude I DONT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!

Had horrific experience here a couple of weeks ago! Have gone to gyms for many years (I am a senior adult) and have never heard such loud banging of weights! Two boys were lifting the bar bells and dropping them on purpose - bang, bang, bang, bang. I have never known a gym to allow this! I was on the treadmill and jumped every time they did this. I kept looking up at the front desk to see if they were going to do something, but didn't look like they were. I was so uncomfortable that I just got off the treadmill early and went to the desk. I began by asking "Isn't there a rule about . . . ", but I was cut short by an employee that said "It has already been taken care of ma'am, don't be coming up here complaining." WHAT? Very rude employee!! Talked to an area director and he said "There was another side of the story." What could it possibly be? That I complained? Never got to finish my question! The message I received from ATC is "Don't complain, and weight lifters rule!' This is not a comfortable place for seniors! Will be cancelling membership!

I love this gym. They have awesome equipment and tanning beds. The treadmill s are state of the art first class. They also have a variety of cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. Something for everyone. The staff is great too. Did I mention they are open 24 hours?

Most unfriendly staff out of all the atc gyms I've been to yet. High schoolers like to hang out on the gym equipment and waste perfectly good space.

Plenty of cardio equipment (treadmills, stepmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers, stairmaster) which makes it easy to social distance. TV screen on almost all cardio). Plenty of weight training equipment from cables, to plate loading and pin machines. Never to crowded and 24x7 access. The times unusually go are in early a.m. I have heard its busy between 4p and 6p with after work crowd and high school students. Summertime at the gym in the 7 to 9a timeframe is very light.
