I had an account with this storage facility and told them I wanted to close my account. The gentleman told me I would be charged for the month since I didn't give him a week's notice. Also, he told me that I could not use the unit for the month (despite a charge to my bank account for the month) and then give him notice at the end of this month. He said I could not use the unit at all and that he had closed my account. So I was charged for the month but couldn't use it. Not very professional or great customer service.

Very bad customer service just on the phone. Any owner of a place of business who refuse to identify themselves, can't be doing good business. I believe the good reviews here are false and/or solicited. Time out for bad businesses/businessman.

After our code got disabled and we didn't know why, we were let in and were told he would check everything later. The owner called me, yelling aggressively about how I came to the facility telling "LIES"." When it turned out that they (the son) just hadn't updated the paperwork with our May's payment, he told my father and I that he would call and apologize. He never did. Unprofessional.

Total professionalism. I've been doing business with Arlington Self Storage for nearly two years. They are 100% professional, kind, and friendly. The facility is secure and I have never had any issue with my stuff being tampered with. The pricing is excellent and the location is easy in, easy out. Highly recommend for your storage needs.

I believe it was the son who was running the place at the time. Really nice man, helped us out a little. Just one issue which I found weird was that during hours the front door was locked to the office. Had to call for him to open the door. However, overall pleasant people to do business with.

Just got here and our lock has been cut off and our expensive things are missing! This is the second time. The man at the office was extreme rude and said “we've never had this happen in 30 years. If your stuff is missing then you must have left your own lock off!
