Always welcomed with a smile and love for my animals. Very knowledgeable vets and tech staff. Never push unnecessary treatment or drugs. Been using them 15 years with several fur babies & I've never had any negative experiences.

Took my puppy to get her shots today and the vet staff and Dr Ali Jensen were all so sweet and gentle with her! They are also very informative with any questions!

After using this pet hospital multiple times to kennel my dogs while we go on vacation, they inform us there is a new requirement to get a flu shot for each dog. Upon picking up the dogs after a 2 day stay, I am presented with a bill for $569! They charged $160 apiece for each flu shot! On no planet did I ever think it would cost that much or we would’ve made alternate arrangements.

Dr. Hornsby has always provided thorough, compassionate care to my dogs. He helps me to make informed decisions about my dog’s healthcare and he’s helped me through some tough times and loss when it was time to say goodbye to some of my beloved dogs. He’s also picked up on illnesses that were overlooked by vets when I have adopted pups in the past. He answers all my questions and takes the time to explain what may be happening with my pups when they have been sick. He is both intelligent and compassionate, which is the most i could hope for from any kind of healthcare provider.
Julie and other techs I have interacted with are pleasant, kind, and authentic. And front desk staff are consistently helpful and efficient. My dogs have gotten wonderful care at Arlington Pet Hospital which is an extension of my peace of mind. I live in midtown and it’s worth the drive to get this quality of care for my canine family.
