I stopped in for a Christmas centerpiece and they were out, but offered to make me one. I asked for fun and cute with some roses. The centerpiece was beyond my expectation, it is absolutely adorable! I’ll be a repeat customer, for sure.

For my wife's birthday, I went in and showed them an example of what I wanted, from 1-800-flowers, and she said they would put something comparable & nice together. It wasn't comparable or nice. For what I payed, I expected more than FOUR roses and some wilted others. I read where they have a guarantee to replace unsatisfactory orders, but how can replacement flowers be a surprise? Im very dissatisfied and this is 'Knot' what I payed for or expected and I will 'Knot' use their services again. I understand that one order is no big deal when your business does weddings, funerals, and other big events....but at least make an effort when you do individual orders. Money isn't free and mine was wasted on a small bouquet with a pitiful little vase....that contained FOUR roses.

I contacted them from Florida to send flowers to my daughter in law and they were delivered when promised. Only complaint is that the flowers were a different color from what I ordered.

I received a beautiful flower arrangement for a bridal shower. I was not home when it was delivered but they called to make sure it was okay to leave it on the covered porch. Beautiful arrangement!

I came into Knot Just Flowers for an appointment to discuss wedding arrangements with my family yesterday. Rachel, the owner, was very professional and asked detailed questions I didn't even think of as a new bride! She was able to answer all and any of my questions and concerns, as well as work with my family members to make sure everyone was seated and comfortable (including 3 small children).Just a heads up, cell phone service the area is pretty shotty, so I recommend screenshotting or downloading your inspiration pics first before you go. You'll end up sending them to her anyways for a final online portfolio they put together for you, which I really like, since ALL details are in one place.Their shop itself is a little small, but full of cute knick knacks, flower arrangements, and gifts. I highly recommend this place for all your floral arrangement needs! Pics to come in a few months!

I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers while I was out of town. Sadly to say the flowers died within 36 hours. The stems were already cut super short and the flowers had bloomed wide open already before arrival. Definitely not worth the high price tht I paid for them. Would have given 0 Stars if tht was and option. Highly disappointed ?

Flowers arrived quickly. Delivery was smooth. They are absolutely beautiful. The bouquet is fresh, artistically arranged with lovely sweetheart roses and snapdragons.

This is my favorite place to visit for a cold treat. Delicious fruit covered in amazing chocolate. They are very generous with deals and they send me a birthday gift ever year, which I always look forward to and appreciate. I order deliveries and pick up in store both ways are efficient. It's always a treat to see an edible arrangement on the table. Must try if you have not yet, you will not be disappointed. The chocolate covered apples are my new fave.

This is by far my favorite flower shop ever! I placed an order online, I was contacted with in 24 hours after placing the order about details and how to make it special with what was available and in season. This curator knows her stuff! Stellar customer service and delivery was on point. Thank you so much for making my Mother-In-Law so happy for her 70th birthday!
