We took our vehicle in to be serviced by Arlington Auto and found it to be a very easy and helpful experience. Kitty was so helpful, honest, and kind. She helped us understand what our vehicle needed. I also spoke to Dave and he was equally as helpful and kind. Overall, working with A-town Auto has been a wonderful experience.

I’ve been going to Arlington Automotive for roughly 4 years so I've had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know most of the team including the original owners. They always took care of me with honesty & integrity. Change isn’t easy to adapt as the company is now owned by someone else. However, I want to say that absolutely nothing has changed. Kitty and the rest of the team has continued to provide honesty, great care for their customers, & integrity for the company. Arlington Automotive & the team make what supporting local is supposed to feel like!

AA was very efficient. They did a complete inspection during the oil change and did not try to upsell us on things that weren't needed.
At the end of the service, they sent a text with pictures and an overall "health" meter of our vehicle. It was a nice addition to the oil change. Thanks AA for excellent service.

I would like to offer a suggestion as a business owner and customer. Respond to all reviews not just the 4 and 5 star reviews. It looks bad on you when you don’t respond to the 1-3 star reviews. The perception you give off is that you don’t care about those customers.

My car was in bad need of tires. I had one that was leaking down and couldn’t find a puncture in it anywhere. Brian Crisp got four new tires ordered and installed in less than 24 hours to get us back on the road. He and his team also checked the brakes, suspension and changed the oil. These guys will take care of you and keep you aware of what’s going on the whole time your vehicle is in their possession. I highly recommend Brian and the team at Arlington Automotive!

Yesterday our son's car died while we were out of town and unable to help him. I called Arlington Automotive to ask if he could bring it in, spoke with Bryan who said absolutely. He greeted our son at the door, which i was delightfully surprised to hear. He diagnosed it and got back to us, saved us a couple of hundred dollars too. Job was finished in under a day. Thank you so much!!!

The oil change and tire rotation on August 7, 2024 went fine. However, the next day, August 8, 2024 the front half of the splash shield under my motor (which covers the area of the oil drain plug and oil filter) came loose as I was traveling to San Antonio, TX. I noticed it had come loose when I started hearing a scraping noice whenever I went over a slight hump on the highway. I stopped to examine the source of the noice and discovered the loose splash shield. I took some photos of it then tied it up with some wire I had in my car. I was about 150 miles from San Antonio. After arriving in San Antonio, I secured it he splash shield better with some zip ties. The next day, August 8, 2024, I called Arlington Automotive Repair, where I had the oil change and talked to Brian and told him the problem. He told me bring the car in and they will look at it. I told him I will not be back in town till around August 24, 2024. He said , bring it in then. I will bring the car back to the shop when I return home.
