I recently brought my newest family member, Charlie, to see Dr. Heather White. Linda scheduled my appointment over the phone and was both kind and attentive to my needs. Upon arriving at the clinic, I filled out the necessary paperwork in a comfortable waiting area and was promptly taken to an exam room. Two technicians, Toby and a young woman whose name I unfortunately cannot recall, were extremely friendly and efficiently handled Charlie’s vaccinations. I also had him microchipped, a service I highly recommend to all pet owners.
Dr. White spent ample time with me, discussing Charlie’s health and conducting a thorough examination. She offered valuable advice and was empathetic to my concerns, ensuring I felt supported throughout the visit. I highly recommend Dr. White and had an overall positive experience with this clinic.

We've used Arlington Animal Clinic for about a year or so. The staff is always professional and the Doc, well, she's awesome. Our last visit was to say goodbye to the family dog. It was heartbreaking to say the least but they were all very compassionate and made it as easy as possible. Highly recommended!

Dr. Monica and her wonderful staff of techs are some of the best I have met. You immediately see the love of all animals when you walk into their office. When you call for any reason, they always listen and ask the right questions. The whole office from front desk staff to the animal techs are so caring and understanding. I fully trust Dr. Monica and her entire office with our pets. We have had unfortunately in the past 13 years since being in Arlington had to put a few cats down and the empathy and caring they have in that moment is a blessing.
If you want a vet office who truly cares for animals, cares for their community and has a heart for all creatures... Arlington Animal Clinic is your place. I write this today - as our family is facing euthanasia for 17 yr old cat ... and from the moment I walked in it was heartwarming talking to the front desk staff and knowing they all would take care of our sweet Piggy. I thank them.

These people are the real deal, can call up anytime and get answers pretty quick! Plus, each time we have come in for a visit they take good care of us and our pet. They also take the time to answer any and every question we have.

Dr. Monica is one of the best vets I have ever had for my animals! I have been a client for years and I know my animals are in good hands when they're here. Her knowledge and expertise stand out compared to a lot of other places I have been. My past experiences have been with corporate vet clinics. I was very happy to know that Arlington Animal Clinic is VET OWNED. You don't get many of those nowadays. Having her be the sole vet for my animals makes me feel 100% more at ease. She knows my cats and dogs and will try her best to make sure they receive the absolute best care at an affordable price.

**warning* please do not take your animals to this clinic for any type of surgery or care! I have found out that she has a poor reputation from past clients bad experiences, as well as rescues have cut ties with her. Please pay attention to the red flags and don't take a chance with your sweet babies. This vet botched my dogs nose not once but twice with the same surgery. I gave her a chance to correct the surgery, and it made it even worse. I brought him to the clinic with my concerns, and she told me he was fine. I had to find another vet and get him on anabiotic's and steroids from the horrible infection due to his nostrils closing, and him barely being able to breathe. The 2nd vet said it was severely infected, and he was glad that I brought him when I did. I reached back out to the Arlington Animal Clinic vet and she proceeded to tell me that I took the stitches out of my own dogs nose and that's why it looks like that!!. We went back-and-forth. She finally gave me a refund so I can have his care somewhere else for his nose since now, he needs a third surgery to correct the botched surgery. I then tried to have my other dogs medication filled through Chewy that she had just prescribe a few months ago at my other dogs yearly check up when I was informed that Arlington Animal Clinic had dropped us as patients. This clinic is very unethical and not professional at all. I cannot believe my Care was dropped from my other animals (which I was going to switch it anyways after the results of the surgery). I guess I am being punished by Arlington Animal Clinic for getting a second opinion on my dogs nose, and speaking up for my poor baby. I now have to take all 4 of my animals to another vet to get their yearly check ups once again, so I can have the heartworm, flea and tick prevention prescribed once again. I guess this was the vets payback since she refunded me for the botched procedure. It is crazy how the whole entire Clinic has turned on me called the front desk talk to me like I was there worst enemy. I just cannot believe how they are treating me all because they dropped the ball on this surgery. Now my animals are paying the price.

Arlington Animal Clinic has always been top notch to me and my fur-babies. Dr. S truly cares about her patients and goes the extra mile to see they get the correct care. I will forever use AAC.

Always super friendly staff and Dr takes care of business. She is very friendly and remembers patients with ease. Making it nice to come in and get animal taken care of. Wish the pricing was lower but it is what it is.
