They suck. Nothing but a store full of thieves. I left my cell phone on the counter and they won't give it back to me. They claim they don't have it. A woman waited on me in the store then one of the guys tried to tell me a woman wasn't working there then when I said a woman waited on me he claimed she was on a delivery. Nothing but damn thieves and liars. Go to auto zone at least they are honest

Gave them my car battery to charge. And they lost it. Poof! It just wasnt there and it was like oh well! And some woman in there was rude as could be.

My husband and I went to O’Reilly’s in Ardmore on August 12,2023 and purchased a battery and the only help we received was an employee carrying the battery to my truck . There was 4 to 5 employees at the store and no one offered me any help ! I am 56 years old and I have a herniated disk in my neck and back . You have lost a customer for life ! The feels like temperature outside was 95 degrees at that time !!

Colton was awesome , friendly made sure he helped anyone he could. He was quick knew the store & parts & prices like a pro. He definitely gets a 5 star rating from me. The store was clean, it wasn't set up like the other stores so I got a bit confused with placement of things but all together I'd go back or possibly even make it my home store.
