Buyer beware they sell faulty equipment. Take your money and give you a faulty piece of crap that does not work. So much for customer service. Sold me a washing machine that was missing screws and parts. Paid well for it and they profited with my misfortune of thinking I made good choice. I did not and now I am out a washing machine, time, and money. Guess they took advantage of us with knowing my husband was disabled.

I've purchased furniture from Hobbs three separate times and each time has been phenomenal! They are always so friendly and helpful. I never feel rushed or pressured while I browse. Hobbs Furniture is my first choice.

DO NOT purchase here. They seem caring and understanding but they are just about the money. We bought a huge brown leather sectional paid cash 4 months later the couch is flaking off. Leather does not flake people. They offered to let us exchange Great we chose another couch and love seat in stock we paid more they guarantee it was leather. After one month one side of the love seat was sitting on the floor, my reclining side pops we contacted sw Eric he came to look at it and it needs a whole new metal frame same for couch he stated he would order it in Feb. Now it is June and could be another 6 m or more, he offered money back but charging us a $500 restocking fee on faulty furniture. They are not honest! I received a product that was never honest in the beginning and I have to pay for if. SHOP elsewhere save your money.

Avoid this store! Deceitful business practices. Purchased a "genuine leather" sectional that began peeling after just a couple of months. So it was not leather at all. They replaced it with a different couch and lovseat from the store. This one had frame issues after a month. They are allowing us to return it, but are charging us a crazy "restocking fee". So I am out hundreds of dollars due to poor quality furniture and extremely poor service. A restocking fee would be appropriate if I changed my mind, but not because of flaws in their product. I will never buy from this store again and caution anyone else from being ripped off by them.

The staff is always excellent. They had the exact end table we were looking for, reasonably priced. I shop here first whenever I'm looking for furniture.

Great store! I love the family vibe. The owner Rick and even the delivery team were amazing! We have a small dining area and Rick was spot-on with his recommendations. Customer service seems to be lacking these days so it was very nice to feel so welcomed. Thank you!!
