after my camper had been there for several months. I schedule to pick it up after completion. only person working that Friday was a parts man. so noone there to go over the extensive amount of repairs with me. they just hand me Keys and say here ya go it's parked of there. NOT VERY PLEASED WITH HOW THAT WAS DONE.

First time buyer of a camping trailer and fifth wheel. My wife and I have nothing, but great things to say about the Ardmore team. Adam, our sales associate, answered every question under the sun we had. Mitchell, our financing rep, made sure all paperwork was handled correctly and the process was smooth. Both of these gentlemen were knowledgeable and extremely helpful in the entire process. Frank, walked us around the camper once all maintenance and customizations were complete. All in all, customer service was their priority and they did it right. As a distant buyer, I felt comfortable working with this group and we chose to drive considerably farther to work with this team at Bankston. Cannot recommend a location more than here. Thank you guys from the Blatt Family!

We are very pleased with our experience with everyone at Bankston Motor Homes in Ardmore, TN. Chris, Barry and Melissa were very informative, easy to work with and were definitely excellent problem solvers!! This is our first camper and they helped us each step of the way. If and when we decide to upgrade, we will definitely visit Bankston first. They have a great selection of RVs and definitely ones to suit just about everyone in the market. We took ours out this weekend and had a wonderful time. We cannot wait for the next three day weekend.

Shout out to Bankston Motor Homes of Ardmore. Purchased from out of state and was able to negotiate prices and add-ons over the phone. All paperwork was handled electronically until pickup day. Adam and Ian were both very knowledgeable and super friendly. Very thorough review of the trailer on pickup day.

Nothing was done. We just dropped it off for work to be completed after the storms. Rickey is very special to us. He is kind, knowledgeable, resourceful and helps us communicate with all the departments within and outside his company.
