“Had to call ABC Towing because I had hit an objet on interstate and blew out 2 tires. I spoke to Heather on phone and she had Daniel call me and he was alternating on his way to my location. He gave me a ride home and took my car to his shop. By lunch the next day I’m fixed and ready to go with 2 tires. The traffic was horrible and nobody was yielding to me on side of I-75. My wife was scared….but they took care of us like we were family!!!!Services: Car towing”
“I had a LineX Bedliner put in my truck 16 years ago at this Cleveland location. I have always been glad that I put in LineX rather than using any other option. After 16 years, there were a few spots showing wear. Even though new owners, the took care of the spots and it looks great. I spoke with 3 different people at the store. All were friendly and very helpful. I recommend a LineX Bedliner for any truck and this Cleveland TN location to do the work. They also have many other accessories for trucks.”

“First off Austin and Chris have been amazing, anytime I call they are always eager to help and try to get me in there pretty quickly. Watching Austin grow to his current position over the years was pretty neat. Chris has been my A1 since day 1, pretty positive he was the first person I dealt with!Over the years we’ve used them quite a bit. We have 2 diesel trucks, all maintenance is done through two brothers. They ordered and installed brush guards on both our trucks. We’ve purchased rims and tires here serval times. Our sons first truck needed a lot of mechanical work done, not a problem since. I love supporting local especially when that business stands behind their products and their services. Keep being awesome!”
“Very friendly service, very convenient. I feel very comfortable letting them do my oil changes. Jacob and Cody were very professional and friendly. Cost was high, ($104 before tax, but I do use full synthetic oil): that's the only reason they don't get 5 starts. They also do several basic checks and fluid top offs with the oil change. It's nice that they're a full service shop as well, and I'll likely bring my business back here”
“I came into the shop an hour before they closed on a Friday. I broke a stud on my front wheel and had three other damaged studs/lug nuts. I had my kids with me. I had never heard of this place before, but they just happened to be close by to where I began having trouble. They went out of their way to try to find parts (I have custom wheels that require a specific type of lugnut) but were not able to get the parts in until the following Monday. One of the staff members even offered to give us a ride home. They fixed my issue by mid afternoon on that Monday and gave me a courtesy call as soon as it was done to let me know it was ready. Not only did they do a good job with fixing my vehicle in a timely manner, but my son left $20 cash that his uncle had given him for his birthday in the cupholder during the chaos. It was still there when I picked the vehicle up. These people are honest, hard working, and down to earth. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that's looking for a mechanic they can trust.”

I will trust my vehicles with the Toyota service team as the grow under Tom's leadership and guidance. I can tell they care. “We were on a girls trip to Knoxville when our car started experiencing issues, we rolled into Case auto repair at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. We explained the issues and said we understood if he couldn’t help us because he was about to close. He immediately ran diagnostics on it, found the issue and went to look for parts. After finding out he didn’t have the parts, he CALLED an auto shop near by and had parts delivered in 15 minutes. About an hour of work later, the car was repaired and the girls trip was saved. Thank you Rob for staying open, letting us ladies hang out in the shop, and running a wonderful honest business. You made this trip happen!”
“Contrary to another person’s recent rating, these people are AMAZING! They’re hardworking and genuine people!Here’s my experience:The people who read-ended me - their insurance decided to not cover all of my paint costs. However, once my I picked up my car after it was fixed, Gilbert’s provided me with invoices and documentation showing how they tried to have them pay for it multiple times. They stated that my paint was a unique color, so of course they’re going to charge more for undertones and such. They provided me with an excellent detailing while they were at it, and I couldn’t be more appreciative.”

“Really good dude that is super nice and will do anything to help you. Super reasonable prices. I'm not sure if he has new tires but I know he does repairs and carries used tires. My steel rims where rusty inside and the tires would lose pressure or go flat because they wouldn't seal. He pulled the tires off, cleaned all the rust off with a wire wheel, sprayed them with a paint/coating so they wouldn't rust again, applied bead sealer, replaced the valve stems and mounted the tires all for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back and a lot of people I work with use him too.”

“I had originally called and scheduled an appointment at NTB tires in East Ridge, TN, with Neil, the store manager. I scheduled an appointment and gave him all of my information a week in advance with him promising that he would have my tires there in time. I arrived to my appointment and was sitting there for an hour when they came and told me they didn't have the correct tires. Two new employees tried to help and make things right because Neil had messed up. Neil had left and when he returned, the other workers told him that because they didn't have the parts, they were going to give me better tires plus a discount. He very reluctantly went along with what they said and promised that he would have the better tires at my new appointment 3 days later plus give me a discount. I arrived for the 2nd time just to have Neil come in 10 minutes later saying that he had the wrong size tires! He not only had the wrong size but did not have the higher quality brand he had promised when he'd messed up the first time. He then lied and told me the truck would come that day with the tires I needed between 10-2.I called the East Ridge NTB tire place back an hour later and spoke with Austin who happened to be covering for Neil's store that day. I asked if the truck that Neil had said was coming had arrived. He said there was no truck coming at all that day with tires!! After being lied to multiple times, Neil lost my complete trust and I was finished with him! I knew I would never go back to that place again!Austin profusely apologized and I told him I wanted to come have my vehicle serviced at his location. Austin was beyond amazing to work with, very kind, professional, and came through on everything that he promised in a timely fashion all while giving great customer service! I will go to NTB tires on 7788 East Brainerd Rd where Austin works for all future needs with my vehicle.”
