“Very friendly service, very convenient. I feel very comfortable letting them do my oil changes. Jacob and Cody were very professional and friendly. Cost was high, ($104 before tax, but I do use full synthetic oil): that's the only reason they don't get 5 starts. They also do several basic checks and fluid top offs with the oil change. It's nice that they're a full service shop as well, and I'll likely bring my business back here”

“We are work campers and live in our camper as we work season to season at campgrounds around the country. Our bearings went out on the camper while on our way to another job and we lost a wheel on a major highway. Our insurance/roadside assistance could not find anyone who could get it to a repair place, but then Daniel responded. He was quickly in touch with us, very professional and knowledgeable and met us right away to get the trailer moved. I was extremely nervous because of the whole predicament but he reassured me so kindly and let me know it would be ok. He safely got our little home off the major highway and to the repair shop where he stayed with my husband to talk with the repair man. He was such a blessing to us for taking such good care of our home while he moved it. Wish I could give 10 stars!”
“Was able to diagnose a problem quickly on a very rare vehicle. I normally repair my own vehicles, but this problem I had was stumping me for over a year. Actually my diagnostic computer was sending me down the wrong path. The Pro’s at Fausto’s figured it out right away without any computers. And repaired it at a very reasonable price. “It was my first time buying a car out of state and they made the process very easy for me! I was working with salesman Alex Hamby and he was excellent at answering questions and working with me on price. We were able to work the whole deal out over the phone/text. I was so glad I didn't have to do the typical hours long song and dance like at most other dealerships and they never tried to pressure me to come into the store before the deal was made. He even picked me up from the airport when I flew in to sign the paper work and pick up the car. He was a true professional through and through. The rest of the employees I interreacted with, like Nacho the finance manager, were also very pleasant to work with and we had a good conversation about the local area and he offered several food recs I'll have to try if I'm back in the area. “To paint the picture, I drive a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4xe Hybrid. I took my car in initially for a recall of the defrost system and it was taken care of and went well. However I also had an engine light that was on at the same time of my recall service after I experienced a really bad storm in TN back in may 2024 that knocked my power out and tripped my power in my home. At the time I had my jeep plugged and charging. Since then my jeep has been giving me the message "service hybrid electric vehicle system" and that’s what prompted me to leave my vehicle in dealership care. Hannah Wilson has been such a great person with keeping the line of communication open throughout the entire process. My Jeep was in their care from Tuesday, August 6th 2024 until Tuesday, September 10th 2024. I was offered a loaner for the time of service while they worked on it which was great because I still had to work and run errands. See attached image below for cause and repair that was done. But overall Hannah and her team has done a really great job on looking after my jeep and making sure the parts were fixed . Its very rare that I have an experience like this from a dealership but this has been perfect. Thank you all so much again for all your help. Highly recommend this dealership and Hannah as your advisor.”
