Chris got us in, and completed the work on our schedule, not theirs, price was reasonable, and Treated me like I was an every day customer. “The mechanics here did a great job replacing an intake camshaft and phaser. Also replaced valve cover and manifold gaskets. No leaks. The Jeep runs perfect and no check engine light. Most mechanics try to sell you things you don’t actually need but not these guys! They’re professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Tim is the owner. Super nice guy with lots of experience. Even gave me some good advice on how to fix it myself. I would come back for sure.”
“I was traveling through Nashville when I got a coolant leak and took my cruze to larrys.. he was able to stop the leak but once I made it to knoxville my water pump went out.. pep boys changed that out for me but they had also told me I had a cracked valve cover. Once I returned back to my home state I called Larry and he said he would pay to get it replaced no problem which was awesome! I took it into a shop in my hometown they checked everything to find out if I actually did have a cracked valve cover. According to them I do not so I did not need to replace it but the fact that Larry was willing to foot the bill and admit it could've been his misdoing should say enough about what an honest mechanic he is! Definitely recommend!”

“Ordered an Allison model 1000 transmission. Delivered next day. Waiting longer for radiator and transmission cooler than the Allison unit. I’ve always used and recommended Jasper. The fact that they R&D engines and transmissions and upgrade or beef up the typical failure spots will keep me coming back. This makes a 4.0l Jeep motor and an Allison transmission I’ve replaced. They also have a no beef warranty with replacement charges paid no matter where you are as long as it’s installed by an authorized Jasper installer and replaced by a Jasper installer should it fail.”
