Employees were pleasant enough. Red shirt guy wasn’t even wearing a uniform and came in fifteen minutes late. I suppose I’m used to going to other establishments where they do more than change your oil. I’m used to fluids being checked, tires checked, windshield cleaned, etc.Even with a $25 coupon, the fee was $102 and I even had a lapse in judgement and gave a tip.Like I said, the people were pleasant; however, I expected more. I was even handed the sticker to put it on my windshield myself. And, of course, I was advised I needed a new air filter, which I had replaced myself six weeks earlier. Come on, man.Never encountered this at Oil Can Henry’s.Never encountered this at Valvoline.Never encountered spending so much for so little.

The guys working here were so nice and even offered me a cold water to drink while I waited. They got my oil changed really quickly, and were happy to take the coupon I had.

This location sent me out knowing the oil pan plug was stripped. Despite their half hearted “safety check” my car was leaking profusely!When I asked them to fix it, they gave me the run around. The manager on duty told me he had to contact his manager. They damaged my car and then did not take accountability for what they did until their manager told them to. I was then told the claim to replace my stripped oil pan would take 2 weeks to process. Which is in itself completely unacceptable!I have had nothing but great experiences with other locations, in fact another location was super helpful in getting me back on the road.This location is terrible! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go to the location on Sam Ridley because they actually know what they are doing!

Just changed my oil myself since last time I went here, this was the only time in my life I haven’t changed my oil myself. Just found out they used the wrong filter, I use a 7317 filter ,and only put in 3 quarts of oil when I’m supposed to use 4.5 quarts. Never letting anyone change my oil ever again ?. Oh yeah and it took them about an hour to put all the wrong stuff in, I can change it in about 15 minutes. Biggest waste of $80 in my life.
