It would be a five. However for over a year I've come to Nashville on the weekends and worked for Uber and Lyft. I sleep in your parking lot and pay for a shower every night and fuel up every morning. Only to be told by a new security guard that I'm trespassing after a length of 4 hours. Why is it now an issue?

This place does not care to provide quality service to its customers. They don’t have to. There’s high demand for truck stops in the area and not enough supply. So they reserve 90% of parking lot, hire weaklings as security guards to enforce it. I paid for a spot but spent no penny on any other service. Not even shower, the place is nasty. 27 miles away is Loves, do yourself a favor and bypass unless you have emergency.

I remember why I typically stop at different chains…we stopped bc it had the Popeyes (which will be the last time too).
1) the travel center was the n deep need of a deep mop..I mean change you water often or get a machine.
All the bathrooms were shut down at the same time…only option for ladies was to sneak in to a used shower stall.
2) Popeyes…cost has increased too high! Last time I eat at one!
3) The uniforms of people were filthy! You’re serving food…and you’re giving a first impression.

I do not recommend it. The security guard yells at you and disrespects you. While he is talking to you he holds his gun, that is threatening..

I mean, it's an older location. I think they have WAY too kamy reserved spots. Most of the lot is reserved instead of the other way around.
BK closes early. They say 8 but at 7:45 they said they were closing and didn't have any food.

The worst TA service department , checked in 10/21, 0800hrs for oil change and mud flap fix, the place is not functional, checking out 10/22 0300 hrs. the management and service staff are a bunch of lazy lot, they’re deliberately running slow services, no communication nor regard to time, I would not recommend this place for anybody for a service. Looks many technicians hide away for sometime and come out to see if you’re still waiting. Avoid this place like a plague.

Entire lot is paid. Cones in front of reserved. Found spot without a cone and backed a semi half into before the lazy “security guard” wouldn’t let me park in it because his slow lazy a hadn’t put the cone there yet.
Tons of dropped trailers and single bobtails in full size spots.

This is the worst place on earth. Checked in in shop for simple D.O.T Inspection. And guess what. Had to wait 8 hours before i get in and charged 600$ for 2 used recap ready to blow tires ! Try to avoid this place in every price. Not to mention they only have 10 free spots and security guard will kick you out if you park anywhere else. I will never again go there. No matter what.

Where to start? Got a blown tire 1 mile from this place, checked in with Mike at 6:30pm since the parking lot is full I had to park off the side of another truck not blocking anyone. Went to the shop and was talking to everyone at the shop, amazing people there... they should definitely consider a different company that will not smear their name because of the actions of TA management Doanna and their night security guard which seems to be her pitbull, more like a kitten acting tough lol.
I got a sticker on the window to move the truck "but I'm getting work done and parking is full!?" Mike advised me to find security and let them know I'm waiting on for the shop, I did that... security guy(#1) was cool made jokes and showed me where to park to wait for the work done, I ask if I should park there for the night when they are done, he said... "if is still there, sure" got my work done by Austin, which is such a cool and amazing dude, (I'll be referring him and others to a different shop like Loves) when they were done I moved to the same spot and ask everyone if I'm OK where I was, they all said yes! And I wasn't blocking anyone.. I go to sleep and someone knocks on the truck cab like if something was on fire... security #2 at my window and Doanna smoke on the distance, first words from me was, "hey man good evening" his respond? "Hey I need you to move, or you are getting towed" I laugh a bit cuz obviously I'm not blocking and I just spend $500 at the shop, so I told him what I was told and where to park, they guy pretending to be a officer, a tough puppy or whatever he though he was said "I dont need to explain my self to you, move or next time I come ill tow you" I said wait a second, give him the invoice and told him if they don't have parking for the shop... he snatched the paper from me, give it to Doanna which he replies "this is his invoice the job was done" he give me back the paper and told me to move.
At this point I realize that is a power struggle with this dude, I said give me a second, I turned the truck off and started getting of my truck to talk to his owner (like it seemed) Explained Doanna (manager) that I got work done, that I was told it was ok and now I ran out of hrs, that if please I can park on any of the 2 reserved spots next to me, she said no..."not even if I paid for work done here?" Her "we finish your work, we don't need to accommodate you" totally rude... the entire parking lot is reserved parking...
I am a loyal love's costumer, every morning I fuel there, and my breaks are taken there... today when Mike, Austin and all the mechanics having fun and making jokes I decided to give TA a chance, sadly that got cut short with the belittle and the mocking after I was walking back to get on the truck and leave, and try to reason with the security guard and still "like said, I don't need to explain anything, just move or you'll get towed" because of individuals like this, is that companies don't progress... you know what Love's doesn't have? Reserved parking, you know what they have "happy and smily face" they welcome you with out even saying a word, and until TA doesn't change that, they will no progress. Sometimes losing (reserved) a bit, will have his rewards, ask Love's... they are growing.
Picture of Mr not so tough guy wanna be, with his body camera ? ?
Respond to whom ever responded. Is not gonna change, it's been like this for years... just look at all the other reviews.

Clean for the most part depending on what time of day or how busy they get. They have the original food options plus Popeyes and Burger King. It’s reserved parking at $22 a night.
