Didn't receive any notifications from Ipostal that is updated by PostalAnnex that an important package from a prominent organization had arrived when the delivery date was two days short of a week ago. I traveled to this location days after my package was delivered and was told nothing was there. I returned to this location and was then asked what was in my package before it was given to me after I provided proof of receipt from the mail carrier that it had been sent almost a week prior (still haven't been notified even though my package was received and signed off by associate). Privacy laws prohibit any such actions to be asked personal questions. Rep seemed a bit standoffish each time that I entered the location.

anytime I go in there, there's boxes(with shipping labels on them) on the floor. there's trash on the floor. they never have my package. They don't seem to have any organization.

I recently started having all of my Amazon orders sent here and I am glad I did. I'm not exactly sure of anyone's names that I've had the pleasure meeting there but everyone is relaxed and chilled. Just an all around layed back business with friendly down to earth staff. So if you're like me and don't want your porch pirated check this place out!

Rented a 10 ft box truck for two days with insurance. Brought it back a full day earlier and was charged almost the full amount. A difference of only 11.00 less than the estimate. First time using them and the last time. If I could put negative stars I would.

I was happy with the new ownership because they actually answered the phone. But now after a while they've reverted back to just never answering the phone. Never. I may need to start making other arrangements.
