Recently moved but back in January only due to wanting a change of scenery. Moved to Pinnacle in 2019 and it deserves 10 stars. Maintenance responds very quickly and are very transparent if there’s an issue with fixing something. JC? AMAZING. Omg. The best and is always willing to help you with anything. She’s very direct and makes sure everybody is enjoying being a resident. I would definitely recommend.

Living at Pinnacle Heights Apartments in Antioch, TN, has been a positive and comfortable experience. The complex itself is well-maintained, with modern amenities and a clean, pleasant environment. My apartment was spacious and featured up-to-date appliances and fixtures, which add a touch of luxury to everyday living.
One of the standout aspects of my time here has been the property manager, JC. From the start, JC has been incredibly helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure residents' needs are met. Whether it's addressing maintenance requests promptly or any type of issue, JC's dedication to creating a welcoming and well-run community is evident.
The location of Pinnacle Heights is convenient, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and major highways, making it a great spot for commuting and daily errands. The community amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are well-kept and provide great spaces for relaxation and recreation.
Overall, my experience at Pinnacle Heights has been very positive, largely thanks to JC's exceptional management. Her commitment to the residents' satisfaction made living here enjoyable and hassle-free.

I have enjoyed living at Pinnacle Heights! The property is clean, well-kept, has a great fitness facility and gorgeous landscaping! Maintenance and the property management are very courteous and prompt to respond to any issues or requests. My apartment is spacious and receives plenty of natural sunlight. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others!
