None of the stores will answer the phone. I placed an order last night and was supposed to receive an email this morning when ready. It is now afternoon, no email and they do not answer the phone.

Had a big line, no one seemed interested in hustling, finally got another attendant out of the back office, dude tells me they don’t have any of the part I was looking for while their screen showed multiple different variations in stock.
If their inventory is so out of whack that they’re not tracking 50+ parts, I’ll never bother coming back. Waste of 20 minutes.

I called this store the first time and someone picked up, I stated I needed a part and the man hung up on me immediately. I’ve called the store 9 times now in a 30 minute window of the first call and haven’t gotten an answer at all after the first answer. And I’m in a pretty bad situation on the side of the road and really needed better customer service and reliability. Unbelievable.
Called again 10 minutes after this post for someone to put immediately ask me to hold and I kindly said yes sir, afterwards the call instantly ended and no one will answer the phone again afterwards.

Robert was a phenomenal help. Despite a rusted battery bracket, he was able to install the new battery and set me up with the right sized replacement bracket. Very honest and genuine service, could not ask for much more!

On the way to work in the rain, wiper blades coming apart like string cheese. Had to stop for blades and figured I'd be late to work having to install them. Robert at the store helped me find the blades, went out in the rain and installed them for me super fast. I actually got to work on time! Great service here!

Sadly, I went with my mom to try to ask about a light that they had helped her put there and that made her feel bad and unfortunately we waited 30 minutes for the manager, who did not bother to help us better, one of the workers considered us, what neither
The same manager wanted to do with his arrogance since he just ignored us and told me that's why they don't help anyone, yes in their advertising they say they will help you but that wasn't the case. We have many acquaintances here in Antioch and the truth is I will not recommend more here.

The worst service I have ever received I work for Toyota as a tech and just bought food at the food Lion next door and attempted to buy product from the store and then my card sead declined and I asked the employee behind the counter if he had be having problems with the machine and he ripped my card out of my hand and proceeded to try it him self and sead you need to put it in harder then rudly slapped my card on the counter and then proceeded to the next customer I then went to the gas station for fuel and my card worked just fine I will never return and to treat a woman that way is very rude and disrespectful
