Great place and great people. I was in an accident recently and Mr. Jordan walked me through the process. He was available any time I had a question. The entire thing felt easy, which is what you want after you have been in a car wreck.

I would like to say I joined State farm back in April I have had nothing good to say about this company at all not nothing really to do with the agent. Poor service can not get Any I mean Any corporation no answers to my questions but they go up on my rate. I signed up for the discount program and been waiting on a device for my car every since April, I have yet to receive one yet but they says the problem is my...how I ask and I still can't get a response to that. Can someone help me with this problem!!! Or am I'm just left out in the cold on this ...this is very bad business and I don't believe they care...Just a Customer in distress....I'm complaining on the company in a Whole..
