Service less than 0 star for WORST RUDEST ever
Rooms definitely less than 0 Star for not stay friendly
Overall, I would not recommend for anyone or their loved ones or even their enemies to waste a minute of their time or a single cent in this place. It's possible the person staff were having a bad day, this time and the last time I was here but my experiences were very very bad and i DO NOT plan on coming back EVER!

Nearby activities: Recommend searching for other places to stay buy not here
Safety: Do not recommend for safety
Walkability: Do not recommend. It's a hilly walk up to the entrance from the road
Food and drinks: Do not recommend the food or anything because if poor quality and rude staff
Noteworthy details: VERY RUDE STAFF and I had a had time understanding anything she was saying because of language barrier.

I stayed a few weeks ago on my room door which was 214 the peep hole was missing I told the lady at the front desk and she just acted like it wasn’t a big deal if I hadn’t of already paid and wasn’t exhausted I definitely wouldn’t of stayed for that one night. Then the staff has the audacity to check the rooms for your deposit when it should be given back freely with the condition of the rooms. I definitely don’t recommend staying here. And they don’t have breakfast either.
Safety: It feels like the second floor was about to cave in forward. My room door peep hole was missing.

Things that were broken: bathroom door, microwave, mini fridge, table, tv, beds! Floors were all scraped up! There was a hole in the door and the ceiling! Staff was rude, we weren’t even there 2 hours, would not give a refund! The people in the room beside us was dealing drugs and all the lady at the desk said was ‘Oh that’s just maintenance!’ And it stunk! Maintenance man was tweaking on dope and he was cooking his ‘stuff’ right outside! There was cussing and fighting about 4 rooms down!
If I could give no stars, I WOULD!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! NOT SAFE, DISGUSTING, AND JUST STRAIGHT UP RUDE!!
I should have taken pictures but I just wanted to leave and get my family as far away from this place as possible! Lost $100 but we went somewhere else!

If I could give a 0 star I would they gave me room that room was not cleaned they just did the beds and than I told one of the owners and he just told me that they didn’t had no one to clean the rooms and the second room they gave me the smoke alarm had a plastic bag and on the microwave there was weed

Awful service when you booked a non-refundable stay, they sell your room out if you do not show up before 11. This rule is not on the booking website (they admitted) and I have no idea at all. They said they tried to reach out and blame customers for not picking up the phone! They simply want to earn double!! I booked a non-refundable room and you should keep it and charge me if no-show, instead they sell it again to others without notifying the original customer!!!

Customer service was very poor rude disrespectful say one price online and want an extra 100$ when you arrive for dep rooms are poor dirty had to switch rooms 2x found drugs content in other rooms asked for refund unfortunately couldn't due to online I booked with so we were stuck they don't give extra towels or anything without ur old ones the towels they have in room are the hand towels very small and the breakfast well there isn't one so that's a lie as well this placesays what it can to get customer service so if ur looking for a cheap good spot this is t it cost 190 for one night for 2 queen room non smoking 100 dep and 90 a night wich is just crazy last time i mess up like this and if u come to Nashville DO NOT COME TO THIS HELL HOLE

I don't know why some people give this hotel low ratings. It's not bad at all unless you have bad customer service, but the past few days, I have been getting good customer service from the night people and they were very nice and friendly.

Booked and paid online ($67) although when we went to check in they wanted another $50. Either way they were keeping the $67 no matter what they said. So we paid the extra $50 and they gave us a room with a broken TV. Told us four times that the maintenance guy was going to come fix it. By 10pm we still sat here without a working TV only for them to finally tell us that they werent fixing it and to get over it basically. We are reporting them to the better business bureau and so should the rest of you. They are crooks and scam artists.

The rooms use to be very poorly put together and their costumer service sucked very bad. Now the rooms have got a little better ( I haven't came across any needle caps lately) and the one maintenance guy they do have dose a great job piecing the place back together. It's like the employees hate their jobs they're usually the family of the owners or the owners themselves so they run the place how they want so if for some reason they don't like you or your ethnicity ( You can forget every act, law, or regulation that might protect you as a guest) they operate as they are above the law and they get away with sooooo much when it comes to discrimination. I get charged a different deposit everytime I go and if you a local you get a different room than travelers. Not meaning to discriminate nor be racist to any group based on race, color, religion, national origin, or sex but by judging TOTALLY on experience/encounters all these hotels ran by"nonnatives" in Antioch Tn. will have a similar review from me and I'm Very sure a lot of readers can relate. I apologize but back to the subject of matter Knights Inn has made a tremendous improvement it's not a 5 star hotel but its definitely not the bottom of the bucket list and fyi they have a charge station for electric cars, right off I-24, convenient to many stores, and some great restaurants.
