I stayed at the Hampton in Hickory Hollow on I-24.So far this is one of the best Hampton inn second to the one in downtown Nashville area. This Hampton inn has great service, the price was reasonable and the employees are very friendly, courteous and professional. The front desk representative were very nice especially Vicky who went beyond to make the clients feel at home. The kitchen and the housekeepers were very friendly and professional. This is a good clean hotel in the outcast of downtown to stay at. I give them 100%.Rooms: The rooms have everything manageable fridge, iron, hair blow dryer, TV and the beds are comfortable with good covers, warm and cozy.Nearby activities: There is several stream malls very nearby, with all kinds of amenities.Safety: Very close to the I-24 interstate convenient and safe.Walkability: You can walk around nearby shopping centers and eating places.Food & drinks: Their breakfast was very good, variety. The rooms have everything manageable fridge, iron, hair blow dryer, TV and the beds are comfortable with good covers, warm and cozy.

I stayed in this property for more than a month, Very clean and Hygiene rooms Housekeeping and Front Desk staff were very respectful, Breakfast was pretty good and I plan to visit in the Future..

The room is old and has a bad smell. The fridge makes noise at night, and the shower takes some time to heat up and won't stop dripping. The place feels like a cheap motel and is not up to Hilton standards. The lobby and breakfast area have a strong smell of body deodorant. Not a safe area either, car break-in seems to happen often in the area, good thing it didn’t happen to our car. This is the worst Hampton I've ever stayed in. So glad I only had to spend one night here.

Ty Hampton inn for the copy and paste response that was used many times to look like you make an effort. Reserved a room for my mother to stay for thanksgiving. She got here a day earlier than my reservation so she rented the room for 1 night. Then they charged her card twice for a total over $500. When she talked to the front desk they said a manager would speak with her but was not in and would be in the next day. I called Hilton customer service and they said they would message and have a manager call me. Well they ended up charging her card for my reservation and mine for her 1 night. She tried multiple times to speak to a manager to no avail. I called Hilton customer service again. Finally on the 29th I get to speak to a manager. He blamed us for the mix up and then tried to say that my mother didn’t want to pay for anything! Horrible service! Worst experience I have ever had with any business!!! Please spend your money somewhere else there are other Hilton locations nearby. Unless you want to be treated like garbage if there is an issue!

This hotel didn't offer a shuttle. The poor guy behind the counter was trying but he was new. It wasn't the nicest Hampton I've been to.

Decided to take a last minute trip to Nashville & chose this hotel because it had a lot of great reviews. The location is somewhat convenient but in the cut. The staff wasn't friendly or unfriendly. The room smelt bad, almost like cigarettes. Some of the lights didn’t work, and there were dirty towels we couldn’t use. This isn’t the worst hotel experience I’ve had, but also not the best.Rooms: Smells bad and isn't updated. Was clean for the most part aside from some dirty towels.Nearby activities: Under 30 mins away from Nashville
