It was wonderful experience and though I own a house before but this is the first time to finance buying a house through a lender. I had a great experience with Guidance Residential. Based on my research and understanding they seem like one of the best faith based options to purchase a home with in US. My account executive Sam was very professional, patient, and helpful. It took me a long while to find a home, but Sam was always available to answer any questions and guide me through out the home buying process. I highly recommend Guidance and Sam to anyone looking for Islamic financing in US.
