I waited over an hour to get 7 boxes of tile and 4 sheets of backer board I purchased the night before .I was the first person at the service desk to turn in my receipt ,I was told after I gave them my receipt 10 min later that the order didn't get pulled the night before that it would be a couple of min they have to pull it..3 people came in behind me 2 of them they had to pull their order too however they still got their order which was more then what I had gotten. As I still waited 30 more min I watch as the employees are on their phones and my order sat in the area where it says no customers beyond this point for 30 more minutes and 2 more people had their order pulled. I finally had to ask for the manager waited 15 more min then (Jeff) the Manager said I don't know what to say other then to fill out survey online?? I don't know what ever happened to communication now a days. I finally had to ask for my money as I still never got my materials and no one even batted and eye or apologized.

We visited the Antioch, TN location this evening. Rod and Nicole were both extremely helpful! My wife and I walked in with a list of things to purchase for our tile guy (we're not contractors; we're total home improvement amateurs) and they both helped us figure out exactly what was needed. They went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting us, from figuring out our list, to helping us load up our cart, to helping us load everything into our truck. I was honestly FLOORED by this experience (pun intended). They are great employees and you are lucky to have them on your squad.

We are from Oklahoma and was sent by our contractor to the Antioch TN Floor & Decor Store to choose flooring for a house we are renovating in Murfreesboro. I had never been to a Floor & Decor store so figuring out what they offered was a breeze with Debra P, a member of the Design Team. She spent hours with us explaining the different types of floors and after looking at probably every type and color they had (huge selection) we found the perfect fit for the entire house. A waterproof laminate that looks and sounds like wood! She took all our information as well as the contractor's, established an account with our specifics, and did her best to coordinate the purchase from start to finish. The contractor was not nearly as on the ball as she was. There was an unsure issue about the colors (honey maple and sugar maple) shown on the website and what was on the store display. Debra had some of her Design Team members join her to look at the colors on the display and the boxes of flooring available and there WAS a discrepancy and she caught it BEFORE we ordered 1450 sq ft of the incorrect item. Since we are doing all the renovation long distance through the contractor and are not there physically to oversee the work, had the wrong color been delivered it would have been too late to amend after install. Great service and excellent detective work on the Design Team's part. For great assistance with your projects, go to Home & Decor and ask for Debra P. in Antioch. She will take you all the way through the process from educating you on each type of flooring to arranging final sale and give you first class service!

I never imagined there were so many options for tile! This place has everything you could dream of in all sorts of colors, patterns, textures, and sizes. The designers are excellent, and they walked with us around the store to show us different options and compare things side-by-side. I can’t wait to see the tile in our new bathroom! I would absolutely recommend this place.

My mom got some flooring from here and the man who helped her was very kind. I was with her when she picked it up and he loaded it into her car. Thank you to that nice man for being so sweet to my mom!

I thought this place had everything floor related that you might need. We installed waterproof vinyl floor and we needed a molding that the box stores didn't have.

All I can say today is Ronnie, the Floor Manager and Montease, the Shipping Coordinator, are our “REDEEMERS”!!!! They worked so hard to get our order to us on time, and I am meaning hours!!! These guys are great and I cannot thank them enough. You don’t see this type of customer service anymore……..thanks Ronnie and TeTe!!!
