Expect the same terrible customer service you get from the 800 number at this location in person. The 800 number will laugh at you, hang up on you, and refuse to help you at all. The initial person I spoke with at this location was helpful and tried to get a manager for me, but said the manager was unavailable. I could see the manager and they weren't doing anything. They referred me to someone else at the front. That person was extremely rude and unhelpful. They told me if I had any questions that I should call the 800 number. I asked her if that was a joke and she said "of course it's not" in a condescending way. I told her how the 800 number is unhelpful and says "I don't know" to everything you ask. I asked her if there was any way she could tell me what happened and she said "I don't know." I asked her if anyone might know what happened and she said maybe a manager. I said I already asked to speak to the manager and she told me "oh well." No questions were answered and no help was provided. Rude would be an understatement.

I visited FedEx on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at around 5 pm. This review is based solely on my experience with an unprofessional female worker. I was waiting to be assisted with packing and shipping a laptop. There were only 2 workers available, one male who was busy assisting a guest the whole time I was in the store, and the other unprofessional female worker who had the worst customer service. She ignored me and proceeded to help the guest who came in right after me. She was also very condescending to that guest for no reason. After she was done "helping" that guest, she was just standing by the self-service section doing absolutely nothing because no one needed any help at self-service. It's a self-service, duh. I see no reason why she needed to monitor the self-service section when I was clearly in line and in need of assistance. After she was done being useless at self-service, she decided to take her sweet time to reorganize the boxes in the back before finally assisting me. I had some pretty expensive equipment that needed shipping, and she didn't bother to ask to claim a value... I reminded her I needed to claim the value because there's a lot of work equipment, and instead of apologizing, she gave a look as if she was questioning the value of my shipment. How does a shipment containing over $1000 laptop not require a signature? She had to cancel the shipment and start over, which took even more time. Had she followed protocol, and got her priorities straightened, I wouldn't have spent too much time in there. If this shipment fails to deliver or gets damaged due to poor packaging, she needs to get fired.

Waited over a hour to print 2 pages. There is some system where you scan a qr and email the document. This didn't work and it couldn't have been more complicated to print literally 2 pages. Multiple people came in after me and received help before me. The employees provided 0 help and could have cared less. Needed it for the dmv which closed and means now I need to make a second trip. Really disappointed that no one even cared to help.

FedEx is by far the worst shipping company. I would rather use the Pony Express, and pay somebody to ride a horse across the country to deliver packages then ever use FedEx again. This location is particularly incompetent and unhelpful.

I have used this location several times and received excellent service. I used their roll scanner for an art project, and they were so kind to show me how to use the machine. My prints turned out great!

The only non toxic Ex everyone needs in their lives should only be Fedex. Periodt!! It's not a fancy office but the wait is minima and staff is super friendly. The office is rather big and feels like there's a lot of unused space. However that means you have more room to move around- especially when you have to return a large item like a king Sized bed! I came here for a return and one of the returnistas were super efficient and friendly. This is the only ex I will visit over and over!

I went to pick up an order I placed on line. When I arrived there was one person standing outside. I asked him what was he waiting on and he said they are only allowing three people in at a time. Shortly afterwards the person went inside when one came out. I was now first inline. About five to ten minutes one person came out and I went in. Immediately a female who refused to give her name hollowed at me to stop even before I got to the line which was more than six feet away. I walked to the next line which was six feet away. While I was waiting with two other customers in the store two more people walked in which the three employees saw. I waited a couple of minutes to see if anyone was going to say anything and no one did. So now there are five customers in the store. I said why did I have to wait and they didn't. An employee identified as David ask if they were just dropping off. I ask the female who refused to give her name why they were being waited on and I had to wait. She said there was a language barrier and I said you didn't know that when they came in. I was wearing gloves and mask and waited the two people that came in behind me had on nothing. David the manager stated they could have up to ten people in the store, so I said if that's the case why did I have to wait. David said it was the store discretion. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FEDEX AGAIN. The female refused to give her name.

THIRD WORLD VERSION OF FEDEX PRINT & SHIP. By far the WORST FedEx I've ever visited. Just to compare, I was at this one and the one in Donelson on the same day. I visited a little before 5 pm on a Monday, prime-time for FedEx Print & Ship. Antioch office had ONE employee present. I stood waiting while he figured out how to help the two people in front of me. I had a simple print-job, just needed to print out 4 pdf files, double-sided, on 4 different colors of card stock (you can't put card-stock through the self-service printers). Anyway, the dude behind the counter is IMMEDIATELY confrontational. One of the people in front of me in line was a guy I let get ahead of me, since he had a short shipping request and I figured mine might take awhile. So I was in a pretty good mood, but this employee soured that. "You have a print job, well don't expect me to do it right now!" What? I showed him that I had 4 "Print And Go" codes, all he had to do was enter them, stick the card-stock in, and I'd be done (and he'd have made a $100 transaction for his boss). The guy lectured me on how "that's impossible, I can't use your print & go codes behind the counter". When I told him I'd done that EXACT thing at the Donelson store the previous day, he stomped over to the phone and called someone. I then asked to look at his samples for card stock, he TOOK MY NOTEBOOK from me (too lazy to write down a few colors) then told me he could only print on NEON paper because he was "out of" the more subtle colors. I left and went to Donelson. They had FIVE employees working plus a manager, same night, same number of customers. DO NOT GO TO ANTIOCH if you want any kind of customer service from FedEx. It's like being in Mogadishu, you'd think they were in some war-zone. When I commented that they only had one employee working, that employee said "well some people like to have time off". Huh. Here's some news for you buddy, I was on MY time off, and you wasted it by not knowing your stupid job, and ruined my mood by being a j**** Hope the boss reads this!

While the work stations were quick and easy to use, there was one employee behind the counter, and many people who were at the counter needing help..many people got tired of waiting and left, myself included. This was to no fault of the woman working, she was doing the best she could in her circumstance. I took my business elsewhere.
