FedEx is by far the worst shipping company. I would rather use the Pony Express, and pay somebody to ride a horse across the country to deliver packages then ever use FedEx again. This location is particularly incompetent and unhelpful.

The machine I was using did not work correctly. But even though they were busy the representatives helped me.
