Always willing to get new products and stock customers favorites. If they don't carry something, in stock they have been willing to order items for me! I find myself going in just to see what's new, or find an excuse to spend money with them!

I had a fantastic experience at a charming beauty supply store that is black-owned, making it a standout choice. In addition to their own expertise, the store also offers a variety of local products, including hair care items, clothing, purses, and more.
I highly recommend supporting this business, not just because of its ownership but also because of the exceptional quality of the products and services provided. Every time I go in, it’s a great experience. The owner is so friendly and helpful and I feel seen and heard. I pass other beauty supply stores just to come here. Highly recommend!

After a big box store stopped carrying one of my favorite hair products I checked Crowne Love to see if they had the product. While they didn't carry it, the owner was more than happy to order it and give me a call when it arrived.
I highly recommend shopping for your hair care needs at Crowne Love, especially if you're looking for a hard to find product.

I love to support black owned businesses, but the owners here are top tier. Customer service is always kind and they're knowledgeable about products. If you want specific products not in stock, just ask. They ordered two for me and called me to pick up. It was a smooth and quick process.
