The shoes were lovely, and they have a lot of great options. The customer service was not great, there was this coldness from the staff to help and answer questions, and a lot of confusion/difficulty when asking if they offered discounts (student, teachers, vets, etc.).My first pair of mega crush crocs cute though. If you looking service, baby just shop online. Maybe the stores back home in Chicago are better.

Nice large store with a wide selection but they didn't have the boots I wanted to view in person before purchasing online. They also had a "whole store 40% off" sale, but once inside the employee told us that on everything BUT the white and black crocs- so not everything technically.
