I went into the store to upgrade one of the phone's on our account on Sept 25th. During that visit we also purchased a phone case. I asked the associate, Maria F., who happened to be the manager if it included a screen protector and was told no. Since this was for a 7 yr old and we didn't have time to order from Amazon before our trip, I also purchased the screen protector. When the manager was putting the case on the phone, a screen protector was also included. So I asked if we could return the other screen protector that was bought. I was told that they do not allow refunds but can put a credit on our account. It is almost a month later and still no credit. I have called and was told that they can't access my account over the phone. I came in the store and spoke with an employee named Emma. After spending 30 min in the store while she chatted with customer service and texting the manager that supposedly issued the credit, she was unable to help me. I was told that the manager, Maria would be back tomorrow to call customer service again and issue the credit. I asked if they could let me know if this was able to be done by a phone call because I have classes in Knoxville for the rest of the week and would not be able to come in person. I was told no that I would have to come in. What the hell man!! Just give me my credit for the product that was returned!! This is ridiculous. I've escalated it to corporate and hopefully I will eventually get the credit. This is ridiculous for just $20. I do not recommend this location at all. Super unprofessional and not knowledgeable about their business or products. They are not there to help the customers, only make profit from them.
Follow up
I called to check today to see if Maria called customer service to have the credit applied and still nothing. When I tried to call the store, Emma the associate yelled over the phone and hung up on me twice. This is super unprofessional. They stole my money essentially because I still have no credit on my account and I do not have the product. I do not recommend this location at all. If you are a cricket wireless customer please go to any other location but this one you will only be greeted by unprofessional unknowledgeable people that are only out to profit from you.

Went a few weeks ago to get a new phone cause my screen had shattered I had the money to buy a new one straight out and the girl working the Kingsport store refused to sell me any phones at all.

my wife bought a new lg stylo 6 phone from the Kingsport location had phone less than a hour notice scratches on the back where the light and camera is took phone back to see if they would fix or switch out told me once you buy it and leave the store it's your phone to see if insurance would fix so $50 more dollars on a brand new phone not going to recommend any one to there location go to the johnson city location he said if it was there store it would have been switch out for us
