Leigh Puchalski cannot be trusted.. I took my car to get an estimate for this place and for 2 minor dings she quoted me close to 10k. I played dumb, I had multiple quote including dealership and she tried to swindle me. She even tried to push me to claim through my insurance instead of personal payment. Imagine if it's a real accident dent and have to go repair here, it would cost 100k to a million dollars. Lol Beware of this lady, research what the average cost for your car, and look at your estimate base on what technical term for repair this lady is using.. everyone knows 2 minor dings cannot cost that much and cannot exceed extremely than a dealership quote, go at your own risk..

I don't write many reviews as usually I brush things off as people having a bad day, but I have honestly not been treated so rudely in a long time. Got rear ended this week and thought I'd stop by to have them take a quick peek as one of the only two Rivian certified body shops in Nashville. Immediately get scolded upon walking in as one of the ladies up front gestures towards their full repair shop and tells me like I'm an idiot that they are slammed, I should have called, and they work by appointment only. I clarified that I was only looking for a quick set of eyes in case there was confusion as I just want to make sure I'm not causing damage driving it while I wait for a repair date and that I wanted to get their thoughts on frame damage (a death knell for my truck). In the most deadpan "you are a moron" way, they tell me they're only going to see what I can see, and they'd have to put it up on a lift for anything more while basically rolling their eyes given the aforementioned gesturing at the full repair shop. Gosh, how much of a fool I was for not thinking that through and assuming someone with years of experience might have some intuition. It was as if I had inconvenienced them just by walking in.I guess customer service goes out the window when you clearly don't need the business. There were a hundred ways to treat me with kindness and have an amicable outcome. "We're so sorry you drove all this way; we'll get you taken care of but..." I get things are different since the pandemic and I totally understand if you don't want to look at it for liability reasons. I'm not unreasonable. However, treating me with disdain for not telepathically knowing all of that before I walk in is off the charts. Do better. The irony being I called the other Rivian certified body shop on my drive home, they gave me their direct cell number and educated me that the rails don't run that far back on my vehicle and there is little risk of frame damage based on what I told them and that it is highly unlikely I'm causing damage if it's only cracked panels right now. In two minutes on the phone, they put me at ease without ever stepping foot in their shop. Talk about a night and day difference.

Bryan Moody and his team are simply the best! Thank you for all your help and for going above and beyond when my insurance wasn't willing to do the right thing when it came to repairing my vehicle correctly.

WORST REPAIR EVER! Brought my car into Crash Champions after being hit on the passenger side that wrecked the front passenger door and scarred up the rear passenger door some. I was told by the repair scheduler that my original choice of the downtown location did not take my insurance and I was scheduled to go to the Hickory Hollow location. The car was not ready when they originally estimated it to be complete. When I picked up the car after the repair, I was told the passenger window worked but not with the window switch on the driver's door. Crash Champions said it was tested and found the issue was the master driver's door window switch module. I was told it was not the result of the wreck and said I may have brought it in that way. I said I did not, that it worked prior to the repair, and they said it wasn't a part of the wreck and insurance was not going to fix it. I told the service guy that I would have paid for the part had they told me before I came to pick up the car that there was a problem, and I would have dealt with the insurance company later, that now I would have to take time off and go to another shop to get it fixed. He just looked at me like, "Oh, well, not our problem." My car was dusty both outside and inside when I received it. I was told it was due to construction occurring in the area - even though I picked it up within a couple of hours of being notified that the car was ready. The inside bay area had only one car sitting waiting to be picked up and plenty of room for other cars. By then I wanted to just get out of there. There was even a Lucky Charms bar wrapper left in my center console. As I drove home, I noticed my passenger turn signal was not working. I bought a replacement bulb from Napa on the way home. I called Honda and ordered the new master driver's door switch. Once the part came in and I went to the mechanic's shop, the mechanic showed me where the plugs to the turn signal bulb were left unplugged. The mechanic also noticed that the window was clear and not tinted like all the rest of my windows. The mechanic put in the new master door window switch module and the passenger side window still did not work with the driver's master window switch module. I made another appointment with the shop to bring the car in so that they could completely check over the window issue and tint the window. At that appointment, the mechanic found that Crash Champions had replaced my passenger door with a complete used door including its parts and the tintless window. The VIN number proved that the door was not from an EX-L Honda so the window motor that has the sensors in it was not the same model as the one that was in my EX-L Honda. On the window motor itself, Crash Champions also had plugged a two prong switch plug into a four prong switch plug for the window motor to my car's harness system. Crash Champions had also torn apart the door noise barrier during the repair and had left it hanging inside the door. Crash Champions' incompetence cost me time off work to find and go to a shop, a new Honda driver's door switch module - since electrical parts are not returnable, a new passenger window motor with the proper sensors and correct plug, a window tint job, and the labor of the mechanic who found and fixed all of the issues. All totaled, I has cost me nearly $800.00 - Plus the headache!

Highly recommend Crash Champions for your Tesla repairs. Despite facing many roadblocks regarding insurance along the way, Crash Champions did an excellent job communicating and repairing my Model 3.Services: Painting

Absolute terrible experience avoid this place at all costs!!! I had my Tesla repaired here ordered the wrong headlights which delayed my repair over a month. Took my Tesla to the dealer after repairs and multiple things were overlooked (had Tesla do the repairs). Did not put together my passenger seat. And on top of all of this they misplaced my portable charger for my Tesla and claims they never had it. Funny how they threw all my adapters that were neatly placed in the bag all over the Frunk but didn't replace my charger.

BE AWARE -- COMPANY & MANAGER ARE TERRIBLY CORRUPT!I caught him red-handed charging for work they didn't actually perform on my vehicle. Manager was angry he got caught. I made him give me a new statement of work showing the work was removed and therefore he owed me a $1500 refund. After months of arguing for the refund and refusing to put me in contact with his home office accounting department, he actually told me I would never see that money! Over 6 months later and still no refund given!Vehicle: TeslaServices: Body & Trim

The staff was amazing. They listened to all of my concerns and gave me timely communication so that I was always updated. They went above and beyond, especially Leigh, who did everything to help me. They returned my car to me, much better than I left it and I am truly grateful for that. Highly recommend.

I tried calling to get body work for my vehicle scheduled and Leigh was EXTREMELY rude, very unhelpful, and interrupted me frequently. Very poor customer service!
