“Abbington Heights is one of the cleaness and nicest apartments I have ever lived at, and I have lived at 3 others before. The leasing office staffs are very professional and welcoming.Also there is this extracurricular activity club called Project Access that always have something fun for residents to do.Maintenance are on point because as I post something, there's someone knocking on my door.Love living here!!!”

“We LOVED our time here at the Anson. The team here is prompt and work so hard to keep the property clean and safe. We had one maintenance request while there and they showed up and fixed it almost immediately. The apartments were nice and the pool was AMAZING. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They put on fun events for residents often and work hard to create a fun community within the complex. We overall had a wonderful experience here and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to call home.”

“Recently moved but back in January only due to wanting a change of scenery. Moved to Pinnacle in 2019 and it deserves 10 stars. Maintenance responds very quickly and are very transparent if there’s an issue with fixing something. JC? AMAZING. Omg. The best and is always willing to help you with anything. She’s very direct and makes sure everybody is enjoying being a resident. I would definitely recommend.”

“First year of lease it was a little rocky, the office and maintenance staff changed soo much I thought they set up speed dating in the office. But now it seems a little bit more stable. There is a racist old lady near my mailbox who always asked and questions what the lawn care service is doing (of course you only speak Spanish) and she questioned what I was doing when I was walking to my mailbox because I didn’t look like I could live here, but that’s neither here nor there. The size of the apartments for the rent is amazing, maintenance will promptly address any service issues. I haven’t had my car broken into or witnessed crime in 18 months since I’ve been here. No bugs inside, allowed to screen your porch or put up curtains for privacy. No loose dogs running around. Now, there’s “wood people” who randomly lurk around in the woods, I’ve seen deer, coyotes, and armadillos, but I’m on the 3rd floor so it ain’t my problem. The pool and grills are opened during the summer, but the gym isn’t 24 hours. There’s a code for the lifer mailbox for deliveries and a code on the gym door. There isn’t random inspections and the renovations last year included refrigerators, microwave, sinks, and countertops for bathrooms and kitchen. Like all apartments, pay your rent and chill. I’m enjoying my time here and will likely stay until I get my house.”

“absolutely love living at Allegro. The apartments are modern and spacious, with great amenities, pools, tennis court, volleyball court and a dog park. it's also close to great restaurants, shops, and parks. The staff is super friendly, Austin and Devanta are always ready to help. Highly recommend!”
