Owner is rude tried to tell me I was unable to have any visitors as well as yelled at my mother who not only paid but was helping me carry in bags

The room has many unfinished water patches, broken outlets, and a TV that wasn't easy to figure out. Parking is suitable. the location is extremely noisy and busy. The lights break through the curtain at night. Can't use the AC because it smells like mold. The shower has the worst water pressure.

Nearby activities: 20 minute drive to bna
Safety: Probably not ideal for families or elderly

These people are crooks. They want a bigger deposit than what the room costs and tell one rate and charge another for the week. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS

Horribly noisy. Security lights glowed through our broken curtains. People partying and drag racing. This is not a motel it is a frat house. Avoid at all costs.

Front office lady very very rude. Pre booked room on THEIR WEBSITE for my uncle and I had the card I was gonna pay everything with. Lady said he couldn’t stay since card wasn’t in his name. Lady told me to call Expedia when I didn’t book through EXPEDIA. I pre booked on their own website that had their phone number on it and she told me to call. She stood there while the phone rung mutiple times!!! Stood there and argued with me when I explained I didnt even book through a third party website. The front office smelled super badly!!!!! I will never be giving this place my business at all now!!! We ended up going to knights inn and got better customer service! Bad customer service all together from the start and bad look for ppl who has mutiple disabilities!

I was in town visiting my kid who just moved in to some apartments 2 minutes from this hotel so I booked in on hot wire and it was the biggest mistake I've made. No parking in the parking lot and suspicious activity and interactions are going on in the parking lot. The comforter has dark red stains and I don't think it was fingernail polish. The shower head didn't work. Iron board had stains on it. The floor needed to be mopped. The channels on the old tv didn't work because you need an antenna. I wanted my money back but I was only staying long enough to get a short nap and then back to my daughters to finish building dressers. I barely slept but I kept on all my clothes. It was a nightmare

Owner’s wife gave me one price and upon arrival he doubled the price even though I had confirmation of the original price. And then tried telling me that the email confirmation sent wasn’t directly from him but from his wife so it doesn’t count. Then I’m willing to pay only to be told they don’t even have the room available. He told me he had work to do and didn’t want to be bothered when I was asking questions then ignored me and walked away. Customer service was horrible. I’d rather stay at the airport than give my money to rude and shady people like him.

The room was missing several conveniences listed on the website. Chair was torn and looked unclean, no microwave, no iron. The blinds were see thru and the outlets on the side of the room with the bed did not work. Come morning of check out, I called to see if there was late check out and the front desk person hung up on me. Additionally, management came by to tell me check out was at 11 and told me to “hurry” after I said we were about to walk out. Horrible customer experience. Not very safe feeling either. Would not stay there again.

Like trying to sleep beside a race track. Would be okay if the people flying down the road beside it had mufflers. Clean and economical, though.Noteworthy details: Bring ear muffs.

Decent hotel for the price. Front desk was friendly. Check in and out was easy. I received my deposit back within 2 days.

The bed bugs were so bad I had to leave all of my belongings for fear of bringing them home except for my clothes that I could take to the laundry mat before I went home.and I had to spray my car becouse they still got in there I paid for the night and then after I figured out what it was that kept biting me I go ask for a refund only three hours after check in and was told that I couldn't get one because the person that checked me in would be the one that could give me one and she was conveniently not there anymore I guess the bed bugs are her and she turned to dust. Me and the man had a few choice words and then I left before I did anything that I would regret. He knew there were bed bugs becouse I asked him. While I had a lot of expensive makeup and brushes that I just bought and had to leave them all. That cost me a lot of money and this all could have been avoided. But I guess getting that money was more important to them than some human desentsy.Rooms: Stay away from there if you want to be safe from bringing bed bugs to your home.Safety: The mattress left out one of the rooms close to mine I almost tripped over it on the way out. I wished I would have noticed it on the way in and known it was out there because it was infested.Noteworthy details: The workers have no human decency the least they could have done was refund me my money for the night I paid for but didn't get to stay. Oh and I didn't get my deposit credited back like I was told I would.
