To describe my overall experience living here over the last entire year, it just went like a negative slope. Every time when I had my package delivered to the door, it always got stolen. But crimes like package theft and car break-in are pretty common in a rough area like Antioch. Disturbing noise from neighbors was outrageous that I had to deal with almost on daily basis. So if you care more about your mental health and wellbeing, I highly suggest you ‘Do Not Move Here’. The apartment frequently cut off water at least 3-4 times a month. What’s more ridiculous about them is they ripped me off $200 for the dirty moldy tub 10 days after i moved out. That dirty was made by their maintenance guys who came over the bathroom to pump dirty water out of the broken water heater to the tub. And I even did clean it out a few times afterwards. And mold really comes from some damaged part of the wall in the bathroom and the poor material for the wall and bathtub wall panels which has caused mold easily to grow. They never fixed their root issues they own, rather they just swept them under the rug, ignored requests, closed tickets without actually getting things done, and eventually used them as blames to charge me or other poor tenants from deposits. One thing I can say good about this apt complex is their property manager and staffs treating residents very nicely. And the maintenance guys were nice and cool and accommodating. Because of that , it changed my mind about going from giving them one star to two stars.

Where do I start. Moved in two years ago and A/C was broken. When it was finally fixed two weeks later, it created ice build up which led to flooding in the upstairs bathroom. Then there were the forgotten/ignored facilities tickets, the attempted break-in, an apartment fire and burst pipes during the winter month (two years in a row). While my roommate and I made the most out of this hell-ish season, I am so glad to be finally OUT of Allegro on Bell apartments. Oh yeah…. I also didn’t have a working toilet for 11 months.
The price may be a bargain, but what you save in money you will pay in your time, effort and sanity.

It's entirely too difficult to get ahold of anyone in the office. They seldom answer the phone or return calls when I leave a msg for the staff. All I expect is for the staff to communicate with the tenants. It can be infuriating to have to literally go to the office to speak with someone.

This is an absolutely horrible place to stay . My apartment was mouse infested and filled with roaches from the first week I moved in, I was seeing roaches and mouses and management did nothing about it . Maintenance never came on time

Apartment is spacious, I like living here, I’ve only been here for a month tho, and I’m having some Issues that haven’t been fixed. Hopefully fixed soon so I can enjoy it like the rest. All issues were resolved in a timely manner. Just wish I had a little more time before they started threatening eviction. I went thru a small hardship a couple weeks ago and trying to get caught. Rent is my number one priority. Maybe for future offer residents to pay rent weekly or by weekly instead of all at once.

I lived at Allegro for 3 years; during my first 12 mo lease it was $1,058 (base rent) in the basic 1 bedroom apartment. I renewed my lease for 8 more months and the rent went up almost $200. After that lease , my girlfriend and I decided to transfer to a bigger 1 bed 1.5 bath unit at $1315/mo 12 months later the rent goes up another $200? I don’t understand why such a high renewal rate, whenever there were never any new amenities or unit upgrades to make the unit worth $1,518/mo. There’s 3 bedroom houses that people pay less in mortgage . Also the maintenance team was untimely and at times unresponsive to the maintenance orders I requested. Other than those things somethings I did enjoy was the size of the units, the proximity to all the stores I shop at, and the property itself was well maintained and pretty especially during spring/summer. Overall I rate my time here a 6.5/10.

absolutely love living at Allegro. The apartments are modern and spacious, with great amenities, pools, tennis court, volleyball court and a dog park. it's also close to great restaurants, shops, and parks. The staff is super friendly, Austin and Devanta are always ready to help. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. Management never owns the issue always on the resident. Maintenance issues take months to get resolved. Management is always changing. My apartment flooded due to weather and management tried to increase my rent due to something out my control. Apartment was broken into during the issue being resolved. Could not do claim due to cameras were not working. I was not compensated in no way. Apartment complex does not care about Residents. Only reason I kept giving them a try was because of Austin. Highly do not recommend

Things are greatly improving the New video surveillance equipment has drastically reduced the car break ins and maintance does a great job of keeping things clean. Would not recommend to people with family's great place for couples. Not a lot of child friendly things to do. Convienent location to manuver around Nashville. Management knowledgeable and friendly.
