Went washed my car yesterday the guy telling people to go was putting people to close together my car got hit twice from lady behind me I was knocked off ramp it was way scary I’ll never go back to this place again then the guys working would not call the police or contact owners there was 5 peoples cars involved because of people working that didn’t know their job!!! And nothing was done at all! So that says a lot same guy still working there!!!

I was having trouble with the machine, I was greeted promptly by team member Lucas, he helped me with the process, also explained the great deal with members packages, and unlimited washes. Helped me even more also power washed my rubber floor mats, great guy and good carwash

I had given up on the Hall Road - Alcola Tennessee Zips. I had tried to sign up for the one month 2 month free promotion, and the app would not work on my phone. I confronted the attendant and he gave me a business card for the home office - which did not open up for 3 more hours. He was a nice looking guy, but no help. My car was desperate to be washed, so tonight I decided to try one more time for the volunteer Tuesday. The attendant Michael was so helpful. He offered me an air freshener, and offered any help if I needed. A true go getter and very professional- nothing like what I experienced the last two times I’ve come. I watched him empty trash cans, and fil bottles,and fold rags. This while the others stood around and visited. He’s a keeper. There is hope for the Zips on Hall road with Michael. Thank you

I use Zips carwash nearly every day. I'm satisfied with the service they provide. I recognize Caleb. He is always courteous and helpful. It's nice to get my car washed without the hassle and work of hand washing it. ? Thank you Zips!
