Definitely not the same dealership I knew growing up, but then again what is? No dealing here. It's what the price says, take it or leave it. Sign of the times I guess. The salesman Scooter did a outstanding job on his part, so two stars. But I don't get the rebates when you tell me in the same sentence that you automatically mark the car up four hundred bucks above price, or the 1,100.00 Dealer Fee to pay for your staff to do the paperwork. Cash on the barrell head doesn't mean a thing anymore. Got a helluva deal at Monster Motors.

I was greeted by Service Advisor Edward Zamora. We discussed what services I required and I asked if they could replace my wiper blades as well. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I thanked Mr. Zamora for his help and assistance.

I had to take my truck in 3 times to finally get my service trailer brakes light to go off. Also told them that my brakes, which were replaced by West, were making a noise. I was told that the brakes were done correctly and they could not duplicate the sound. The brakes are still making the sound all the time and that is not normal. I was told to bring the truck back to let the tech ride with me to show them what I was talking about. Very disappointed as I bought the truck from them. They don’t seem to care

Scheduled my service online, and when I arrived they verified the needs. During inspection, they noticed something that needed maintenance due to wear that was not part of the original scheduled maintenance. They showed me the part for my opinion on service.

We can't say enough good about the service department and Eddie and Jason in particular. Our car isn't even a Chevy - it's a Ford that we bought at West, and West is where we'll be taking it for any service needs. At first it was thought to be an expensive fix for an intolerable screeching noise, but Jason diagnosed a quick, easy, and very inexpensive fix. Thanks, guys.

This business lies to you and wastes your time when it comes to car trade ins and purchases. I look forward to them responding to this review and disputing what I write.
"Extremely competitive" "offer ABOVE KBB and are prepared to do so" = lies to waste your time and try to take your money.
What a true shame -- look elsewhere for fair, reputable, honest folk!

Frank was wonderful and patient with us during the three hours we were there. He made sure all of our subscriptions and questions about the car's features were satisfactory before we left the dealership.

This was the 3rd time I’ve taken in for the same issues. Know at least one of them is not fixed as it happened again this morning. Will wait to see on the others as they are intermittent problems. Also was supposed to rotate the tires. When I picked up realized they had not because there was a screw in the front tire ( which they were supposed to fix and didn’t mention they couldn’t). They did take it back in and rotate, but on my way home the service tire pressure warning came on. I’m assuming they did not get the sensor connection tightened properly after rotating the tires and it has came loose. Taking it somewhere else today to confirm.

Lied to by the service department regarding warranty claim status. Was told on three seperate occasions that GM had denied my powertrain warranty due to Large tires and different gears than factory for a transfer case gone bad, even though my tire size, and gear ratio is that of a stock AEV Bison Colorado with the AEV upfit done from the factory.
After speaking to a family member who is apart of GM, corporate side, and was advised that my best course of action is to find another dealership who would actually submit my warranty claim, and advised me to stay away from "two-pay" style dealerships who insist the customer pay and then back end a warranty claim and produce twice the profit.
I have since taken my vehicle to another chevrolet dealership whos Service Manager walked me through, step-by-step, the GM warranty process and was able to show me on the computer that West Chevrolet had in fact, not submitted a warranty claim for my vehicle and instead had lied to me on three seperate occasions.
The service manager, and shop foreman stood idly by as my wife and I sat in the waiting room for a total of 7 hours between two days waiting for a warranty DENIAL in writing.
Ofcourse this could not be produced as it was not submitted.
No warranty block from GM according to my VIN, no service writeup for warranty work on my VIN.
This has been by far the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered in the automotive industry to date.
Note:
The technician who serviced my vehicle that day was nothing but helpful to my wife and I showing what was wrong with my vehicle and alerting me to serveral other problems in which I did not have any knowledge.
Eddie at the service counter kept me informed as much as he could throughout this situation and in no way should this review reflect either of these two individuals, but should absolutely reflect the character, morals and ethics of the service manager, and shop foreman.
I should also note that in previous months I have had no issues getting warranty work done here and I do not understand the change between last year and this last week.

Car went in for an AC problem. The service writer, Eddie Zamora, was professional and explained what needed to be done and coordinated the work smoothly with the warranty company. The work was done correctly in a timely manner.
