Eddie was amazing and provided wonderful customer service. We came to West after having an awful experience at another dealer and we will definitely use West moving forward!

I was greeted by Service Advisor Edward Zamora. We discussed what services I required and I asked if they could replace my wiper blades as well. Everything was completed in a timely manner and I thanked Mr. Zamora for his help and assistance.

Scheduled my service online, and when I arrived they verified the needs. During inspection, they noticed something that needed maintenance due to wear that was not part of the original scheduled maintenance. They showed me the part for my opinion on service.
