Took it back and the dealer said he "didn't have the tools to open the back". So, I took it to Wilson Jewelers. He not only wound it up in about 10 minutes, he didn't charge me anything. They get all my business in the future.”
“Markman’s has a large selection of traditional and unique pieces to choose from. Last year they did an amazing job helping us pick out my engagement ring and a band to go with it.
My fiancé and i had talked a lot prior about doing something untraditional to fit “us” but i really wanted something beautiful to treasure that resembles the way i felt about our life together. I never really had a dream ring and had no idea what i would decide on. The jeweler, Mrs C.K., did a fantastic job helping me see what attracted me to certain rings. Petite didn’t suite my personality or lifestyle but too big is too much for me. I tend to like elongated styles but worried marquise would get caught on clothing, etc. For a woman I tend to do rough work like ranch and warehouse work so she suggested an edged shape to the underside that gives the ring more strength. So many great things we didn’t know we could customize for the perfect ring… we left the same day with a purchase i was very happy with- and was totally stunned on the day he proposed and i saw it the first time.
Now, just under a year later, i knocked my hand on a cardboard compactor and a small diamond fell out. I was crushed, but i brought my ring in (and my band) to get it fixed and get both resized. They serviced my ring completely free and cleaned it and it is a gorgeous as ever! Highly recommend!”
“I didn't catch the woman's name but she was just absolutely amazing and so sweet! They did a fantastic job on my grandmothers ring that I'm using for my own wedding ring. It was very old and looked pretty beat up when I brought it in but they made it look brand new! I'm very thankful!”
“Foster's Fine Jewelry is a great family owned business that's been in Knoxville as long as I can remember. Pam is carrying on the legacy of her parents by her vast knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, watches, and diamonds. She looks at every piece with a critical eye, something some may not appreciate, but I'd rather hear the truth about anything, especially the jewelry I own, or may want to purchase, than a sales pitch trying to make a sales quota. Repairs are done by a skillful jeweler that she has used for years. There are flashier stores nearby, but I always prefer to do business with a local, established, and family owned business rather than a chain or franchise. I know Pam as an honest woman, with the highest integrity, and a great sense of style and taste. You never know who you are going to run into there from celebrities to the excited newly engaged, and the atmosphere is always friendly and exciting. Keep up the good work, and I hope there is a daughter, grandaughter, or other family member that will take up the family tradition. My grandmother owned a chain of restaurants in Knoxville from the 1940's -1970's. I wish one of her grandchildren, especially myself, would have had the good sense to build on the great foundation she worked so hard to establish in Knoxville. Pardon the pun, but I could have been a chain.”

The people and the workers, Jackie is a wonderful helper, are there to help you decide what you want for your perfect day and for your marriage for the rest of your life! I thank them for everything that they’ve done for us!”
“Been going here off and on for years, great friendly staff, owner will sometimes even work out a good deal on guns. Very forgiving layaway rules, wide selection of ammo compared to most places in Maryville I would argue. All around a great place to go for your pawn and purchase needs.”

It's not easy to earn an above reputation in the market place. JTV has earned it in over 30 years of selling Jewelry.Thank you for asking for my opinion. I'm happy to comply.”
“Cole is very helpful and educated on all of their pieces, they cleaned our ring at no charge, they stayed open for us (we didn't realize they were closing a we walked in), AND their prices are way lower than the other jewelry stores that we've recently visited.
I didn't realize the huge range of mark ups that stores may apply. Maryville Jewelers has a great selection and fair pricing!”
