I’ve been to Universal Tire twice now and both times the staff were prompt and very nice and friendly. Prices seemed fair and service was quick. Would definitely recommend.

Such a great experience with tires and brakes. I cant believe how FAST and AFFORDABLE this place was. I called 37 local car shops, and this was the ONLY place not trying to rip me off.
Not to mention they finished the job within a couple of hours.

I purchased 4 new tires for a 2004 Camry. I called 3 other tire shops - one a larger well known shop. UTTC saved me $127.75!! The tires were installed in about 30 minutes.

I am giving 1 star but would like to give none. I went to this business to get a low tire checked for a leak. After removing the tire had a belt that separated and could not be repaired. I asked them to put the spare on which they did. I asked what I owed and he said $20.00. Just the charge a tire!!! Yes. Would not use them unless you want to over pay.

Absolutely TERRIBLE place to take your car too. They do not know what they are doing, and put the brakes on wrong in my vehicle. We even took our car back and they said nothing was wrong. Well Nissan on Alcoa Highway fixed the mistakes you made on my vehicle. The brakes had to be replaced after you did them just a couple months ago. They were warped, and the rotors needed serviced too although you had just replaced them. Never again will I go here and I will tell everyone how terrible this place is.

Good people every time, I’ve had experiences at other places close by that have been shady at best, I will always recommend this place before anywhere else, usually pretty quick and prices are also more affordable.

I had a flat tire and the gentleman were so polite and professional. They were able to get my new tire on for a good price and fast. Def recommend this location and tire center.
