My experience of Twin City Hyundai has been that they are totally uncommunicative, and willing only to put in the bare minimum of effort; literally nothing is done proactively.
They have had my electric car for two full weeks now, having replaced it with an extremely inefficient gas loaner that struggles to break 20mpg and costs five times as much to run. I have yet to have a single update from the dealership without having to beg for it.
A week into the supposed service, I asked for my first update and while apparently they have no tracking system that their staff can check to see the status, I eventually got a text many hours later telling me the parts had been received and the car was already being serviced and would be ready by the end of the week.
A full week later, they have not even started work on the car claiming the parts "only just arrived" (despite previously seeing they'd already arrived a full week earlier), and the car is still sitting exactly where it was in their back lot a week ago with not a single part removed or fixed.

I have bought many vehicles from this dealership in the past. I did not buy a vehicle today but how this team treated me guaranteed me that I will buy many more vehicles from them. To Joe, and the entire team thank you for taking care of my family today!
We came back and bought another vehicle from Joe today because he always takes care of us!

This is the most of a joke dealership I’ve ever been to… please. Don’t go here!!! I got a car that needed a motor and I had a warranty but… The warranty would not cover my motor after it was all said and done. Do not get a car from this place.

Came to their service department get one thing fixed, TPMS sensor. Didn't have an appointment so I appreciated them working me in. Paid over $500... And I didn't even get home and the warning went back off again. Brought it in to drop off to get it fixed... No appointment... I get that, but you didn't fix the problem. Can't get it in for another week just to fix what they didn't fix in the first place. Completely unacceptable. Perhaps fixing things right the first time will allow you a better schedule. I'm going to hopefully predict this wrong too... but going to call it here just in case. Let's see if they come back and say it's a different sensor that's causing the problem now and not the one they replaced...which I'm sure was "also bad."

Great Experience, have purchased two cars from them, a Genesis and Used Jaguar. The New GM Cliff Lowder, has made a great impact. Easy to purchase, fast and friendly staff. Would highly advise looking at Twin City Hyundai. If you've never driven a Gensis it's the best car I've ever owned.

Glenn and Mike are excellent about the service upon my Hyundai vehicles. They answer our questions about any if our vehicle problems. Software updates are hard for them to do since it may take a long time to complete. We have never had a bad experience. Woukd recommend this service department.

I had a great experience working with Twin City Hyundai! The salesman that I worked with was Corie Silvers. I already had the car picked out that I wanted, so the sale was very quick. The entire staff that I worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt.
I would definitely buy a vehicle thru Corie and the team at the Hyundai dealership again!
