Poor customer service. Received messages for days about coming by. Never got to even see a car. I drove almost 100 miles round trip and was told that they couldn’t help me

Called for oil change as a regular customer. Told 2 weeks to get reservation. Went to another GMC dealership that got me in in 2 days. Management should consider adding service tech or expanding service department to handle customers that need service
