This place is awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very empathetic with me when my insurance totaled my car. If I ever hit another deer, I'll be sure to go to Tein City Collision.

Twin City Collision performed excellent work in a timely manner for my mother. The professionalism and courtesy of Brandon, Phil, and Suzy was top notch. Because of the recent snow/ice storm they were inundated with more work than normal, but fit us in and finished the work on time. I noted a few areas that needed final touch-up and they were very helpful to make sure it was taken care of.

Excellent work done by Twin City Collision in Alcoa. My SUV was parked in a restaurant parking lot when a young man lost control of his car, hitting a streetlight which fell on my roof. Mark Creasey was fantastic to deal with. He worked with the insurance company and kept me up to date on the estimate, repairs, parts orders and ultimately presenting me a brand new looking roof on my 4 year old SUV. They even washed and detailed it. I wish more company's ran their businesses like Twin City Collision.

I would never recommend this shop to anyone under any circumstance. I took my car there based on Airport Honda's recommendation. This was a rear door/quarter panel repair.\nMy door no longer lines up right, the repair was done poorly to the point there is now sharp ends around the wheel well that cause a safety concern. I am missing small and large patches of paint around my rear windshield and my rear trunk. There are multiple pieces of dried adhesive from reseating the rear windshield in places where it should not be. My car was returned to me with random parts and screws in the back seat and back floorboard, there was trash left in my back seat and my trunk. I also have some gray goup stuck to random parts of the body, one of which is near the driver door which is on the opposite side of the car from the repair.\nAdditionally, it took almost 6 weeks for the repair to be done after 3-4 extensions. I was very satisfied with how I was treated, and my new windshield looks great. Brandon was also very helpful and informative. I couldn't believe how clean my car was at pickup. It looks brand new, I would highly recommend.Service: Auto maintenance

I highly recommend Twin City Collison. My family and I have used them a total of 3 times now, but my most recent experience really showed me how great this collision center is. I rear ended a motorcycle and there was extensive damage to my windshield, hood, and front fender. The minute it happened, I already knew I was taking my car here. I received my car back and was very pleased. However a few weeks later I noticed a few things on my own. I called and my person of contact was Ruth Anne. She had me bring the car back and we walked the car again and it was promised to be completed that day, and IT WAS! My car looks amazing and I am so thankful to Ruth Anne for answering all my questions and phone calls. She truly is an asset to this business. Absolutely terrible experience at Twin City around COVID protocols. Nobody in the place wearing a mask. When I went in for an estimate, asked the guy to put one on, he doesn’t even have one. They brought out a woman (RuthAnn) after I insisted. Took off her mask in the middle of our conversation and refused to put it back on when I asked. I will take my business elsewhere, to a business that values the safety of its customers and employees enough to enforce the rules.
