The blonde guy that works there, looks like he's mid 50s, he is the rudest person I've ever met in public. I've been here several times, and everytime he's working, I go somewhere else. Always talking smack about any and everything. He has very short responses. Just unacceptable.

Hello Blount county my name is Justin I'm going to this store tomorrow morning as I'm beginning a knew journey as manager of this store !!! First I wanna apologize for any bad experiences u have had before Oct5th 2023 , I begin my training tomorrow and i promise you that i will address any problems going forward as i want you to have a great experience at the store and our employees be respectful to everyone that comes in the store as we know there's many other places you could take your business to and we want you to know WE REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR TIME AND YOUR BUSINESS AT OUR STORE!!!!! I've been in management for many years now and I enjoy working with the public and I promise to give my all for this store to make everybody that stops by our business a success and a great experience met with a smile and a hello!!! The preceding review is my complaint as well. That employee is a liar with a dictators attitude and a disrespectful attitude toward customers. His smart mouth is what keeps me from spending a dime in this store ever again and the fact that a Punk like that ain't worth going to jail over.I've shopped in this store since the 1970s, when it was vastly different and managed by folks who cared. My Dad and I always stopped here for minnows and food on the way to Fort Loudon to fish. So time has told its tale here like a Lotta places in Blount County.

We will never be going to this store again!!! When I walked in I was listening to the cashier tell the person in front of me how smokeless tobacco and cigarettes are going up to $15 a pack I wondered why he was saying that I had a dollar off coupon and he said that he had to write it down because it was Electronic part of their system did not work I told him you scan it the same way scan the cigarettes but my total for Marlboro Black which are a little cheaper than regular Marlboro and a $0.70 cake with a dollar off coupon that he said he did manually was nearly $9 that would mean he didn't use the dollar off coupon or they are extremely overpriced. Everywhere else in town my cigarettes what the dollar off coupon is under $6. So at the very least it should have been around 7 intubate at all he didn't give me a coupon was rushing me out of the store because I had to come up with a dollar 99 in change he is pocketing this money or doing something wrong nowhere else in town has those prices or are telling their tobacco customers that everything is going to double and triple in price. I was so tired from shopping I just paid it and left but now 15 minutes later I'm at home kicking myself. I'm going to let everyone know. I had been warned already about a store near the chicken place by my next door neighbor and she said the day was stealing money now I know which one it was. Lesson learned if you smoke or use smokeless tobacco are smoke blunts or anyting this is not the store to go to

Been here almost everyday for years, always been treated well until today with the big axxhole that's working there now. Won't be back. Too many stores around to put up with jerks with issues. 11/14/21 @ 4:15 Whoever he is he should work alone, not in customer service.

I locked my keys in my truck while walking the Greenway today and when my wife and I went into the Market to get some help everyone working there was helpful and friendly. Thomas let my wife and I use the phone to call AAA (which took a while since we were on hold for more than 10 minutes) and got us something to drink while we waited for the locksmith to show up. Their friendliness helped me to relax and let my frustrations go. What could have been an ordeal turned into a time to laugh and appreciate their good humor and kindness.
