Always super great customer service when I walk through the door. The main reason why I have stayed with t mobile during the sprint switch. They're always great to me if I have any problem they fix it. They honor the fact that I've been with the company for a decade. And that's kinda nice sometimes

I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile? Her name was Tiffany. Tbh she was the most caring person I’ve ever had in customer service esp at a cellphone company, she deserves a raise!! People like her are very hard to find, I should know I own a business. She also informed me about home internet service. I’m switching because of her.

I went there today to look for a new phone and the guy I talked to acted like he'd rather be anywhere else than talking to me. They have the worst customer service in this store. I left without getting a new phone

Not a corporate TMobile store nor do they follow T-Mobile’s sales policies. Had to drive to Knoxville’s TMobile corporate store. U have been officially warned.

Wow, YoYo was excellent in assisting me. Super patient and highly knowledgeable of the products. Staff was keeping up with customer flow. Very rare sight in a cell phone shop.

Was promised a 20% discount when signing up for service late April. Got high bills. Made three different trips to the office to get it worked out only to be told it takes 2 months to appear. July bill was the same. Went back to the store and was promised that they would research and call me back "by Monday.". Called back on Tuesday and they had no idea what I was talking about. Didn't even remember me. Finally reached customer compliant line and they told me the promotion was over April 6 though I signed up last week of April. T mobile service is ok but go to any other store or sign up online.

This place is so knowledgeable about their products and all the different account types along with promotions that benefit you. Seth is the best! He’s efficient, friendly and knows his job!
