111-234 Hamilton Crossing Dr, Alcoa“We came here on a Sunday morning to use the laundromat to wash our own bedding we brought after staying in the worst Hotel I've ever been in (USA inn/Budget Inn/Royal extended stay Alcoa). I was pleasantly surprised to see the pub next store that had the football games (will definitely be back to check it out) and an arcade as well. When not in a rush I will definitely be back to show my little one what an arcade is for the first time ;)Besides my mom being approached and offered a "smoke hook up", the laundromat wasn't too bad either ?.This Plaza also has the best sub place I've been to in a long time. If you haven't been to Subs & Such, you're missing out!”
“Adorable shop off the beaten path. We were impressed with how well organized each area was, the friendliness of the staff, and the fun variety of products available. Fun place!”
“OMG I can’t say enough good things about this place! A friend of mine took my mother in law and me and we spent 3 1/2 hours combing over all the wonderful goodies they had for sale. Some of the prices were amazing and the higher priced items were worth it. We had so much fun. Huge place and so many great things to look at. I am coming back with my daughter and daughter in law. This will be my go to at Christmas time. Definitely worth your time to check it out!”
“We don't get to shop at Whole Foods very often, but when we do, we are never disappointed. They have never been out of stock on a product we were looking to purchase. The checkout process was quick and easy with no waiting. This is a moderately priced store - not the highest nor the lowest so be prepared.”
“Trader Joe's is my favorite grocery store. I watch tiktok to find out about their new items so that I can try them. Three that I bought on this trip were the synergistically seasoned popcorn-a wonderful tangy and spicy snack, the ube flavored pretzels-I need more of these and the key lime pie- mouthwatering! If you've never been, do yourself a favor and go try it out.”
“Amvets thrift shop is a good place to go to. It has a lot of clothes to choose from, and a lot of trinkets and home decor for your home. Very competitively priced. Even better than so.e other thrift stores. And as well they support our troops and veterans!!”
“I purchased a Apple iPad Pro 12.9 in and a Apple Pencil they talked me into becoming a member which I actually end up saving I think $150 so great experience definitely will go back”
“The staff at this regions Bank. We're courteous. Knowledgeable and adhered to the rules. Professionalism is always welcome in any transaction sincerely, james clay”

8078 Kingston Pike, Knoxville“We stopped here and checked out Platos Closet. Wasn't that impressed. They had a lot of items, but the items they had were not worth the prices they were asking.”
“This location is by far the cleanest Planet fitness I've ever been in. The Maryville location needs some serious detail cleaning, especially the tanning bed rooms.”
“Everyone entering via the street from behind and beside Food City, be very aware of the speed bump. This is no ordinary speed bump. It is almost a triangle stretching across the street. It's completely covered with scrape marks. Drivers I watched, including myself, had to come to nearly zero forward motion before sharply rolling over this nearly unmarked suspension breaker.”

4409 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville“There is this 1 old black gentleman that every time I come to Kroger he is always working and if u can't find some thing he goes out his way to help u find it. Very respectful and polite”
“I am a simple man, with a wife and two daughters. On a cold or wet day, this is the place to go. I can go for a walk, while my beloved family can do what they love most, spending money. Let's be honest, it's a Simon mall, you know what's here...
The restrooms in the food court had a few toilets and sinks not working, and I had to search to find a dispenser with soap. That lost them a star, but overall, the rest of the mall was well maintained, and clean.
Plenty of cushiony seats to rest on, and the massage chairs are all over (trust me, worth the $5). I always grab a sauce from pepper palace while I'm here. (after trying MANY free samples)
There's a bar? In the middle of the food court, I think. I haven't actually gone into that area as I'm always with my family... But that's pretty neat and earned themselves that star back.
Update 06/21/24
I went back and all the restroom toilets and sinks are working again.
I also went to the bar, it's a local brewery and the beers are good. The bartender let us try a sample of everything we wanted (5 total) before I decided on one. They have uno for kids, and there is seating inside the gate so you don't have to split from your family.”

6510 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville“I visit the Dollar General here but I was VERY DISAPPOINTED ? ? The employees had the self checkouts all covered with paperwork so that you couldn't even use them....how lame!!!! If you still have self ck outs....we should be able to use them! Very RUDE”
“We visited specifically for shoes. Looking for sneakers we found the Shoe Dept. We absolutely love that place and the deals they have. The Cookie place is also one of our favorites! Will definitely visit again, especially since Malls are disappearing everywhere.”
“Hamilton Crossing is a great place to do shopping. It has a Michael's, Ross, Old Navy, PetSmart, Shoe Carnival, a Dick's Sporting Goods and a flooring store. There's also the other side of the road with great Restaurants and a couple of other stores. The Batteries+ has a friendly knowledgeable staff and helped me find the correct battery for my kids' power wheels. There's also a car wash and a few other services too.
The restaurants include but are not limited to Cracker Barrel, Panera, Salsaritas, Chili's, Five Guys, Buffalo Wild Wings, Cheddar's, Olive Garden and Culver's. I apologize for any establishment that I could remember off the top of my head. You're cool too.”
