“Thank you Eve! I won an auction item from Case Antiques in Knoxville and needed my item picked up and shipped. I sent an email with the lot information and request for insurance, and a price quote was returned the next day. Pick up from the auction house was prompt, and the breakable items were carefully packed. Shipping was actually so prompt that the delivery date was a day I wasn't going to be home. I paid $5.99 online to UPS and had the large box rerouted to my neighborhood UPS store for pickup. Eve, and then UPS, kept me updated with emails every step of the way. Thanks!”

“Had a customer who called in saying they never got their package so I reached out to west coast UPS. Maryville Customer Center called our office in Vegas specifically to let us know he knew what was going on and was going to have a driver go back and redeliver. All of this took maybe 3 hours. They have possibly the most efficient operation I have ever experienced.”

“It’s so easy to get in and out of the store and even though they are super busy, they always have plenty of workers to get the line moved quickly. I love that they are an Amazon return stop and they make it so easy with scanning the QR code and no packaging required. Definitely a place that I do a lot of business!”
