Stylist: Paul is my Stylist. I have very long, thick hair & Paul also recommended some of the Aveda hair products which I have been using for two months & they are fabulous, a little pricey, but worth the bucks.

I had color with Tina today and absolutely love it!!I'm a red head with copper tones she gave me the botanical condition for color treated hair I also received a cut with ta. I have natural wavy hair very thick and very long they both did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend her for any reds.

Stylist: Ashley (Alcoa) did such an amazing job coloring my hair! Isabelle washed and blow dried. Their customer service is top notch!! Thank you girls so much for taking such great care of me!

I made an appointment online with Ashley. The price listed was "starting at $172". I wanted a basic balayage on medium length hair. Looked forward to my appt for about a week and a half and having my hair done for an event this evening. When I arrived, she looked at my hair, combed out all my curls and worked up a quote, which ended up being over $300. She said there's another girl there who can do the same service for about half that price, but she doesn't have any openings until another day. On no planet can I justify spending over $300 on my hair unless I'll be walking out with a whole new head of hair. Instead, I walked out with frizzy combed out curls and a new reason to be disappointed in this society where this is acceptable. I will NOT be making an appt with any stylist there and would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. Very poor business practices, in my opinion.

Very disappointed with my treatment and service with Salon Azure in Alcoa. I recently went to have my hair colored for the first time since middle school for my upcoming graduation. I met with a stylist for a consult where I showed her my inspiration photos and expectations, and told her whatever was needed to get my hair to that color was fine. I explained that I was unsure of hair procedures and what to specifically ask for - just that this was the color I wanted my hair to be. The stylist recommended a “Demi” treatment to achieve the color I was looking for. I am a natural dark brunette and was asking for a solid copper/bronze color (see attached inspo photos). After leaving my appointment I quickly realized my hair was still… very much so… dark brown. After a quick lunch I returned to the salon and said the color is just not what I had showed in the photo and was offered a complementary appointment to correct the color. Two weeks later I come in for my complementary correction and am immediately greeted by the hostess who informed me my visit would not be complementary anymore. I agreed to sit for the stylist and listen to what options I had and was offered either 1- partial highlights of the color I requested (for an additional $94) or 2- a second round of the Demi I was treated with originally (complementary). The stylist told me the Demi would not make my hair any less brown - would just give more of a red sheen. I then left the salon, very upset and emotional as this was supposed to be a special occasion for my graduation and they were refusing to get my color to what I originally asked - after I had already called out of work this day to have it done. I have been trying to contact the manager in which I have been told multiple times she was out of the store - until Monday, then she wouldn’t be able to give me a call until Tuesday. I finally reached the manager Tuesday morning (when I called her), in which I asked for a refund of my original service since it did not achieve the color I was looking for, and the correction treatments offered would also not achieve the photos I had shown for the color I requested. She replied it was a “store policy they do not issue refunds.” She then proceeded to tell me my inspiration photos changed from my original visit to my correction appointment, and that I was requesting a completely different service - which they did not. I emailed her photos I took directly after my original appointment and the inspiration photos I had shown my stylist at each visit. She then offered me to see a different stylist - but could not ensure that they would be able to achieve the color I had been requesting from day 1. After everything above, I have decided not to return in fear that I would end up being charged more money for something that wouldn’t even resemble the original photos I’ve shown. I’m very disappointed with this entire process and how I was treated by the manager - not to mention I’ve had to miss college/work for these appointments in which nothing has been achieved. A business should correct their mistakes in a professional and timely manner. Having this color done was extremely important to me with my upcoming graduation, now I am worried to have my hair done here or anywhere else for that matter because of this experience. I think my before/after photos and the inspiration photos I provided speak for themself. First three photos were the inspo I showed my stylist. Next two photos are photos I took immediately before my color treatment. Last two photos were taken immediately after leaving color treatment. Would not recommend coming here for color.

Went in for wash, dry, style and left wondering, would let your best friend walk out looking like this? I'm a frequent color customer and have yet to leave without redoing my hair. Style service is very weak.

Harley was wonderful, I’m from out of town I needed a cleanup of my house, she was friendly professional and did a fantastic job. Thank you Harley!
The salon always smells so good too. Everyone there is extremely friendly the salon is very clean

Cannot go wrong going here to get your hair done. Another salon turned my dark hair orange. Salon Azure is doing an amazing job fixing it.

I love this place! Athena is such a sweetheart and always so professional. I've even seen her deal with some very demanding (aka rude!) clients and she handles it so calmly and confidently. You won't be disappointed.

First time at this salon and left with a very mediocre feel. Paul cut my hair and I feel like he did a great job. He didn’t get to style me because he had other clients. He passed me off to another stylist to style my hair. Didn’t even introduce herself. Immediately just put product in my hair and blow dried it pin straight even though that far from what I was wanting. Literally had to put my hat on cause it looked so bad. For a 70$ hair cut yall might encourage your stylists to simply ask instead of doing the quickest thing to get someone out of your chair. Was told at the counter I should have asked for a different style- and as a former stylist myself I know that that isn’t how it should be. Now I have to go restyle my hair for the event I was getting my hair done for in the first place.
