Great shop - Austin makes you feel welcome and is extremely knowledgeable about the products offered. He knew exactly what type of charger I needed and told me how to resolve a problem with my old vape cartridge. Definitely recommend this shop!! Suzanne/Maryville TN

This is a vape store near me. The first two times the customer service was good and friendly. Not a wide selection but it was an enjoyable experience being that I’m a worker here from out of town and I’ll be here for a while. Yesterday 09/02/21 drove there to get batteries arrived at 7:28pm store was open but the worker was no where to be found. I yelled out,went out honked my horn to my truck and nothing. I then called the store repeatedly and finally someone answered and came to the front HIGH out of his mind. I explained to the worker that I Will Not Be Coming Back To This Store and To Stop Getting High. I was waiting for him for about 10 to 15 minutes. Never going back there again. Anyone could have robbed that place blind and made all the noise in the world. You should observe your cameras more if they work and screen your employees better. I wish you luck and hope all gets better.
