I purchased my new 2024 Rav4 hybrid at McGill's. I worked with Audrey on the purchase. She was great to work with and so willing to help with all the final details that pop up during a vehicle purchase. I highly recommend Rick McGill's and especially working with Audrey if you are looking to purchase a new car.

Sales person was great. The manager seemed to drop the ball. We had to look up the addresses to the company for our trade-in, I guess this is normal now? Google?
I told them several times not to run my credit, I was using my own bank, and they did so anyways. I had to go through the extended warranty gauntlet, that was an hour I’ll never get back. The experience as a whole was a pain and very time consuming. It’s was a lot of hurry up and wait.
So, other than the salesman, it wasn’t great. I do like the car. I will just use a car buying service like Costco or something from now on.
Get three stars because the salesman was awesome.

except for the ridiculous price, $489 for a new key fob and metal key(lasered)- which is true for any Toyota parts, the staff were very friendly, personable and helpful. Great service.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Rick McGill’s, and though the process went pretty smoothly, it took way too long to purchase a vehicle. From the time I arrived for a test drive to the time I left with a vehicle was a good 5 hours, And about 4 hours of that was just standing around. I recently purchased a vehicle from a different dealer (not a Toyota dealer) and the buying process took less than an hour, excluding the test drive. Rick McGill’s should really address that, this is my 3rd purchase from them over the years and the experience has always been the same. For this reason alone I doubt I’ll be back.
Aside from that, the salesman Micah was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the products. Our purchase was a vehicle loaded with new electronics that we knew little about going into this but Micah was impressively knowledgeable about the workings of all items and answered all my (many) questions very throughly. Actually all the staff was very helpful, the appearance is of a good team environment.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Rick McGill’s Toyota. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a car without my husband who had recently passed. I was greeted by a very friendly and professional staff upon arrival. I asked for Chuck Farhat, as he was recommended to me by a friend who recently bought a vehicle there. Chuck promptly walked over and greeted me. From that point on, he alleviated my apprehension. He was very patient and polite. He didn’t try to hard sell me or talk me into anything beyond what I was asking for. I was impressed with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. After signing all the paperwork and taking possession of my new Toyota, he went over all the features on the car and even helped me set up my car play. Overall, my experience with Rick McGill Toyota was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Chuck Farhat. He goes above and beyond.

Scheduled an appointment with Robin in service and she got me right in. I’ll be completely honest the service department was the reason I even started going to the dealership here. Honest, fair and friendly. This time I found the car of our dreams and traded in and Aaron in sales was easy to work with. 10 out 10

Chuck helped me find the right fit for my needs, as far as cars go, he was spot on.
He also kept us within our budget and did not try to promote anything we did not need or want.

Our experience with Micah was great. He wasn’t pushy at all and tried to find the best fit for what we needed. I’m in love with my 2024 Tacoma and hope to drive it for a long long time. Our only minor inconvenience was working with the finance manager on warranties. He was nice but a bit pushy and at times talked to us as if we didn’t know what was best for us. Overall, we had a very good experience though and would definitely come back; mostly thanks to Micah!

Great experience. Nicholas was very informed on all aspects of the vehicle i purchased. He was very helpful from showing me the various options available, to finding the right one, to setting up all the settings on my vehicle after purchase.

Friendly sales staff really took the time to show us several trucks and helped us narrow it down to find the perfect one! We bought our 306k 4Runner from Y’all 22 years ago so it was a real pleasure coming back for our next adventure!
