I'm deeply disappointed after receiving a series of emails from my supplier informing me of further delays in my shipment due to Print FX's incompetence. Print FX has been responsible for numerous delays over the past year. However, I was completely shocked when my supplier revealed emails and voice memos displaying Print FX's lack of care for their customers.

Received an email from my manufacturer informing me of a shipment delay attributed to Printfx's lack of transparency or commitment to delivering promised products. The supplier shared a thread of emails attempting to reach PrintFX for my order, which has already been paid for, yet received no response. After listening to today's call transcripts between my supplier and PrintFX, I'm shocked by their unprofessionalism. I've invested thousands in labels with this company, and I know my supplier has spent even more. It's disheartening to see this disregard for the customers who support them financially.

Can’t say enough about Caylor and his team at Print FX! They helped me design and installed a beautiful wrap for my truck and business. Detail is great and I get regular compliments on how it looks. Have booked several jobs specifically because I was told it looked more professional than other companies!

The process was so easy from start to finish. They were very accomodating when i wanted to chage a few things last minute. Communication was excellent. Agreed on the design on thursday and they installed it rhe following monday. Cant recommend this company enough.
