I called to see if they had any Rubys for our 40th anniversary. The woman on the phone said they have a large selection of earrings, necklaces, rings and bracelets. When I got there I couldn't get the time of day from them. I didn't see many ruby anything. Small selection. Off to the next jewelry store.

This was the second time we have used them to resize a ring.. when we told them we came from tellico plains they got right to work on my ring so we wouldn’t have to wait or drive back the next day.. excellent job done and everyone super nice and just a great place.. also amazing prices. Will always go there for any service needed on jewelry.. very trustworthy..

I can't say good enough things about Phillips Jewelers. I've been doing business with them for 35+ years. Robbie did a beautiful job setting a diamond for me on 12/08/23 plus I got to catch up with Larry (who was visiting) as an extra bonus. Great family, great prices & Maryville's best jeweler for sure! All of my family uses Philips Jewelry. My wife, my daughter, and my grandson, each have purchased as well as had jewelry made at Philips Jewelry. Philips Jewelry can make almost any unique style and type of Jewelry. He sometimes has old jewelry that he has gotten from an estate that can be very different from any other piece of jewelry that you could find anywhere else.

Some of the kindest and most helpful people that I have ever met in a jewelry store. They do not push you to make a purchase at all, they listen, and they show you what may fit what you're looking for, and if it doesn't or if they don't have the item that you may want, they suggest where you may find it, and welcome you back at a later date! Nobody does that! But they certainly do here. They earned my business about five years ago, and anytime I need anything dealing with a purchase of jewelry or repair, this is absolutely my go to place. :) Plus they will buy old pieces that I no longer have a use for or that is broken, and pay very well compared to other places I had tried.

These guys are awesome! I lost a diamond out of my wedding band and had to have it replaced/repaired/resized. The wedding band and another ring were both severely cutting into my fingers since neither ring had been taken off in years. They advised me to wait a month on the resizing to let my fingers get back to their normal size and wow, I had to go up 2 sizes on both rings. That was advice you won't get anywhere else in town so now my fingers feel great and both rings look and feel better than they did new. (One is 18 years old and the other 37 years old) Their price was very reasonable and the turnaround time was incredible! Robbie and his crew are hands down the only place to go.
