“Lately I usually come to this store once a week or so for chewies for my puppy. I can find everything I need, they even have the brand of food I feed both of my pups. My puppy is 4.5 months old & growing like a weed & I came in to purchase a hard crate for him & I went to ring out after an amazing employee helped me get it down & as I’m being told my total $180ish something dollars , the cashier looks at me & says “ you’re not going to keep him in there all of the time, are you?” - it caught me off guard & I began explaining myself that he is a baby & I use it for him to sleep in/ while I’m out of the house so he doesn’t get hurt etc - but honestly I really didn’t appreciate it being implied that I was going to neglect my baby while forking over more money to your store that I come to pretty often”

I’ve returned to the store on other occasions and Martin has recognized me and acquired about how the puppy has been doing. This store has definitely earned my business and it’s hard to find employees like Martin to care about what they do.”
